      It seems impossible but for months I've been stuck (thankfully) on the windows 8.8.4 version. Version that works contrary to the various ones produced by Reolink in recent months full of problems and malfunctions. Since I, together with many other customers, have paid handsomely for your products, don't you think it is right and correct to produce versions of video surveillance programs that work correctly and without problems? We didn't pay you with Monopoly game money, do we? Therefore, pay good programmers and beta testers and I guarantee you that everything will go smoothly and you will save yourself bad figures with your customers, even if it does not seem to worry you, but in the long run customers are lost.

          @mamymam2013_465350299701478 I am running 8.11.0 on Windows 10 and 11 and have no issues. However, I did have an issue with the latest version but I sorted it out myself.

          Version 8.11.0 runs on Win 64bit architecture. I asked them to compile their new application for both 32 and 64 bit OS.

              No issue????? I can choose quality but don't stay on memory and each time i must change it manually when i close and open again the program. Old bug, and never solved by Reolink. Each version is present. Message to Reolink i would like to choose quality and my choose stay on memory. But I think that all customers would like to choose quality and don't say that is normal or other ok?
