Reolink App v4.41 Released
New Windows Ver 8.12 broke feed for both my RLC-423's (Firmware 309). All other cameras working fine. Went back to Ver 8.11.0 and all camera's fine again.
Same i have had to revert to 8.11

@lochiel_470803115704506 v8.12.1 I followed the instructions to download Directx, now my older rlc-520 shows only half of the screen. I read you can not uninstall or back out DirectX
@rlwheelwright_621864599814302 You may take note of the 520 camera UID and remove it from the device list first. Re-add the camera to the client and see if you can see full screen images. Also, you may try to disable hardware decoding option and process to fix the issue. These stop showing up for me.520, 1220A, E1 Pro, 824A,
Can't access my NVR RLN8-410 (fw v126.96.36.199_23031644) on 8.12. Reverted back to 8.11 and everything works again.
8.12 works fine for me but it seems it is now removed from the site.
I downloaded V8.12, hoping it would fix the missing b**tons, but instead, my video disappeared. I had to go back to V8.11 and the crop/clip and PTZ B**tons are still missing. Does anyone know of a fix for this in the client?

The client program was automatically updated today, and I subsequently lost the video feed from all cameras. After reinstalling the V8.11 client app, the video feed functioned well again. I believe Reolink engineers are working on a fix.
@will2021_597482666070088 I have the same issue with V8.12. Despite raising a ticket there is no solution. Where can I find V8.11 to have a working client again?
@mart-tob_723653357826278 Can you describe what is the issue? Maybe you have no video? Today they have released 8.12.1 at their download center. I just did the upgrade and so far it seems fine.
i got a pop up update for 8.12 and now my 810 dosnt work.

This version broke the CLEAR version of the stream. Balanced and Fluent are working.
Won't connect to my NVR (RLN8-410 v188.8.131.52_23031644) unless I view playback first.
Same issue here. After Windows Ver 8.12.1 installed:RLC-1220A only live stream after playback.Two RLC-822A will not livestream nor Playback at allReolink Argus 2E will play back and livestreamWhen I had to write this post, I tried something different and suddenly the live stream worked on all cameras; but after closing and reopening the client same problem as above.There must be an error in the client. When I installed the update I also had to update my DirectX, which has not been the case before
@jim_391802144162039 Did you install DirectX package included with the client or the one downloaded from MS? I suggest you to email support.
