Windows client version 8.8.4 is no longer opening individual camera feeds to "clear" automatically when maximizing the feed. You had this bug before in a previous version but later fixed it, however unfortunately you brought this bug back again with version 8.8.4.
@user_630727559069699_630727559069699 This is an old problem from a client released a few versions ago but then was corrected. However the issue was brought back again. Lazy programming!
@jedi2020_32727772450952 This is not the problem here, guy. Stop blaming Windows and giving Reolink damn excuses for their lazy code work.
@colin-grimshaw_430254205366491 Hi there, you may need to upgrade your NVR firmware version. You can download the NVR firmware on our download center, Download Center – Reolink.
I agree, I had the same problem with my 810 Camera because my NVR's firmware was out of date. For some reason it had not auto-updated even though the setting was enabled. Once I manually updated the NVR firmware I no longer had this problem.
@reolink-fiona THANK YOU. This did the trick as you recommended. Removed NVR from both my Android Reolink App as well as the Windows Reolink App, re-added them, and channels 7 and 8 are no longer attached to any cameras which are no longer used with my system. Perfect, THANK YOU!
@sverde1_345727230935201 This is an OLD PROBLEM that they fixed not too long ago but then re-introduced in this update. Lazy programming!
@bo-fawzi_444846568546497 Same problem for me as well - if I already have opened and closed the Reolink client, it will not start again until I force close the running instances in task manager on Windows 10.
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 We reported this after 8.8.4's release on February 1st and were ignored. What a shame - fail!
