Hi communities,This feature request is under assessment and labotoray & invited users tests.
Hi east and iriswu0703,The issues you two are having are NOT the same, and for @east, this camera may have gone bad and please contact our support for further troubleshootings & RMA. For @iriswu0703, this could be a software issue or server issue, we are looking into the issue and trying best we can to make it right for you. Thanks!
"Auto Add Automatically" in under Local Settings on Reolink Client. By disabling that, the client software no longer scans and adds a new device on the network to the Device List. And you may add devices manually by IP addresses, Domains, or UIDs.Add-device-automatically.jpg
Hi communities,Please note that this is a sign of poor network connection. When this problem comes, the settings or options will not load or display because it times out accessing the settings from the camera end. That's why it sometimes works when you reboot the software & try again (sending a new request to acquire settings). Please check your network, and connect the computer to the router by cable if possible.
Hi Cryptosmasher,Please check your PIR Schedule and see whether you enabled PIR during the afternoon of date 2.2.2018.If you did, try wave your hands in front of the camera and see if this movement will be recorded. If not, please try a different microSD card as this one seems to somewhat corrupt possibly. Also, please mind the working temperature for the camera. If it's getting too cold, strange things come around.
Hello jsigmo,Thanks for your sharing. Some questions for you, in order to collect more info and provide the usable suggestions:1. Are you using a Reolink NVR in this setup? If you are, then are the cameras recording to the NVR? 2. Is the computer (installed with Reolink Client) in the same network with the two cameras?3. If you swap the two cameras on the POE Ethernet switch, will the same problem occur to the same camera?4. If you open the web admin portal of the two cameras one by one and leave them on, will either of them log out automatically after a while? or they will stay connected on the browser?5. If you run into this problem again, please try doing nothing but rebooting the router, and see whether the camera will come back displaying after the router boots up.6. If you have other programs streaming heavily to the Internet, try shutting them down to release some bandwidth for the cameras and see if there is any improvement. We appreciate your feedback! For other members in this topic:The similar issues you guys are having are mostly related with network problems. You may try the suggestions above and see how it goes. If you need troubleshooting advice, you may start a new topic and I will answer there. Thanks!

Hi Please contact our support team for replacing the faulty camera.
Reolink Solar Panel is only compatible with Argus2 so far. It's not supported to connect Reolink Solar Panel to your Argus1 camera(s). For more information about Reolink Solar Panel, please read more at https://reolink.com/faq/reolink-solar-panel/ If you are interested in Argus2, you may check it out at https://reolink.com/product/argus-2/ Note: The biggest difference of Argus2 is that it has a rechargeable battery cover. So you don't have to rely on CR123A batteries any more. And Argus2 can be plugged in to the power outlet for non-stop power.
Appreciate it if you can provide some pictures on how the camera was mounted and what it looked like from the camera angle. The communities are able to share thoughts with more information provided here.
Thanks for sharing
Sorry, it's not supported. The camera will return to its original postion after a reboot. And you will have to click on the App/Client software, if you would like it to go to one position.
Yes, just like FongJeng Kum said. The models that support turning off LEDs:RLC-423,RLC-423S, RLC-423WS,C1, C2, C1 Pro, Keen, Argus, Argus 2.Is your model among the list above? If not, sorry to tell you you are not able to turn them off.
Sorry, gdavisjr. The NVR is not able to drive a Dell wireless mouse.
Hi Steve, yes you can. You can install Reolink Client for Mac. And you can view the cameras on Reolink Client locally and remotely.
If the cameras are plugged into the NVR, then it's unnecessary to set new passwords for the cameras. If you really wanna do it, you are able to plug the cameras to the router and power them up, and log on to the cameras on Reolink Client/App as a standalone camera, then you can set new password for them.
RLC-422W and RLC-422 are different models. We will continue to support new firmwares for older 4MP cameras.
Are your 5MP cams also RLC-423? We just upload the 5MP firmware to our website at https://reolink.com/firmware/#423 and you may upgrade to this version and see how it goes.
