Hi there, My suggestions are-resetting the cameras first (https://reolink.com/faq/reset-reolink-camera/);going to download and install the latest version of Client at https://reolink.com/software-and-manual/ trying adding the cameras to the client software again;You can also try pasting the IP address of the camera to a broswer and see if you can open and view it correctly.

The camera status is not supposed to stay "connected". In order to save energy, it will be back to sleep if quit the live view, playback, or settings, in a few seconds. If you need to revisit it, simply tap to login again. Then the camera will wake up.To constantly receive push, please make sure the Reolink App is running all the time at background. Do not let it be killed by task manager or something.

To view and set up the camera on the web based configuration interface, you may refer to https://reolink.com/faq/browsers-can-you-use-to-see-videos-captured-by-reolink-cameras/ We do not have the MPEG option, but offer RTSP or RTMP stream option. You can also use the FTP feature to upload pictures or recordings to your FTP site (Setup guide-https://reolink.com/faq/set-up-ftp-in-reolink-client/ ). When you pull a jpeg from the camera, there will be no image uploaded to the FTP.
