We have scheduled to do this but so sorry we are unable to provide an expected date for this.
Mustafa,Please do not worry. There is nothing wrong with the camera or the App. It is how the App works. For Android phone Reolink App, it will only play key frames when viewing in Clear mode. The key frames are 1 for every two second. That's out of consideration of some Android devices have some issues with decoding full-frame 1440P hight-resolution videos. If you need to watch carefully the clip, please download it to your phone and play it with "MX Player".Sorry for any possible inconvenience.
Hi Edward,Reolink App is mainly for Android smartphone. We never test Android box for TV so there could be some problems with adaptation. We may arrange to fix this in the future but please understand that this is not our top priority.
Hi Jens,Thanks for your posts. Some of the issues you mentioned are to be fixed with the newer firmware version coming soon with the release of Argus Pro. For example, some reported isseus like failing to send Emails with attachment, and missing recording, etc. The camera will wake up from sleep mode when its PIR sensor detects a person and start to record. So there is always a lag. This is how battery-powered cameras works, that they don't work constantly like other cameras (e.g. RLC-410) do. For Reolink RLC-410 for example, it has no power worries and works constantly. So it has pre-record of 6-7 seconds. But it certainly is what battery-powered cameras won't permit. So for battery-powered cameras, there is always a lag. For Reolink Argus, the lag is 0.7 sec. It is not a lot. But when the person moves fast, some of the movements won't be captured. Like the case of the person in your driveway. To address the problem, you may adjust the position of the camera. So the camera will detect the target earlier and wake up earlier and start to record earlier.

Anti Flicker is a setting that you should check if you are in a room with fluorescent lights or you plan on shooting a television screen. Many times when using a camera in these environments, there is a noticeable flicker in the image. This setting helps reduce this flicker.

Several people are accessing the camera at the same time? Or you are accessing it from multiple ends?
The client software couldn't scan and find the cameras maybe because there is anti-virus software running on the computer that blocks the scan. I'm glad you managed to input the IP address into the client and get them to display. Since you mentioned one of the cameras is having problems on the client software, may I know the version of the client software? And can you upgrade the firmware of the camera via the web client portal? Also, the model of this camera is? It's a wifi camera? Thanks.
Hi wictod,Thanks for your kind reply. Hi Jennifer,The problem may be more complicated than what wictod suggested.Would you please contact our support by submitting request ticket on the right-down corner of reolink.com and our support will help you resolve the issue ASAP. Thank you ~
Hi, I'm sorry but I need to point out that there is no newer firmware for C1 pro, and that the firmware for C1 or C2 can not be used for C1 pro, which I should have mentioned earlier. Sorry for wasting your time. But hopefully I think this issue has be solved. Please wait for the future new firmware for C1 pro. Thank you!
For models that have built-in microSD card for local recording, or have microSD card slot, they support Playback on Reolink Client. If you have a Reolink NVR, you can also use the Playback to play the stored recordings.Otherwise, the Playback is not for your model(s). And for those clips recorded to your computer hard drive, you can use media player to play them.
For now, Reolink Argus cameras can only be added to Reolink App. It's not supported to add them to the Client software (Windows, Mac OS) or web browser or third-party surveillance softwares, which may be supported in the future.
Normally, the battery can sustain for years. If it drains out, the camera needs to be replaced and sent back to our factory for repair.
Then if you log in to the camera via browser and do the upgrade, will it work?-https://reolink.com/faq/browsers-can-you-use-to-see-videos-captured-by-reolink-cameras/
