Hi, you can subscribe to us for changelogs of firmware upgrade. Then you can decide to upgrade or not yourself.

When your phone has black screen, or Reolink App has been put in background, it will cease to stream.

Hi Peter,To set the cameras on Tour, please use Reolink Client software. Reolink App on phone is not typically for constant surveillance monitoring purpose.
Hi, you are unable to read the UIDs of the cameras thru the NVR (if the cameras are plugged into the back of the NVR). Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks for the updates. To even the burdens, all Argus cameras will not upgrade at the same time, but in batch.
Some of the changes should be mentioned with an upgrade Email notice (along with an App update).
I'll put a new request for you. But there are so many requests for Argus recently (sigh..) so we couldn't take them all. Also there is a major upgrade coming so we may check it out then.
