Sorry for not replying sooner. When you posted this, it's in the middle of national holidays here. If it is some emergency you should contact our support at support@reolink.com. We have agents on duty EVERYDAY.
If you log into the NVR with Reolink Client, will you see the channels and the camera live streamings?
Sorry wireless mouse when used with NVR can have some compatibility problem. But we did test on Logitech M185 and it worked here. If by chance you have one, you can give it a shot. But some users said they tried and failed and it has something to do with the mouse version. We are sorry that we can't guarantee.Thank you for your kind understanding.
Hi, our assistant is trying to help with the RMA of the camera, can you reply the email when you got the time please?Thank you~~
We have plan to do it. Please kindly understand that bug fixes are our top priority and then user request or feature request. So it may take some time to see yours become true. Please stay tuned!
Since your 2 Reolink RLC-411S are connected to the Netgear switch and you can access them on the client software, you must have set passwords for them. If so, after cameras are connected directly to the NVR PoE ports, did you input the passwords for the cameras into the NVR for successful login?I guess it is the problem.
Hi guys,We are working on it.@stuartmcginnigle, why would your email alerting won't work? Do you mind contacting our support and do some troubleshootings? It should work as all others do. Thanks.

RE:Can i re-upgrade the cam with the same current firmware again? --No, not with the same firmware. For another question, you can go to Alarm >> Video Loss and uncheck Enable, then you won't be receiving notifications about Video Loss.
Hi, it is not in our schedule in the near future. But we'll certainly take it into serious consideration and explore more possibilities of the products.
Hi Martin,When you upgrade the cameras on the NVR, please untick "Update Config File", then the cameras settings will be saved after the firmware upgrade. It is not necessary to tick "Update Config File" unless you need the settings restored.
Hi wictod,Our new model RLC-422W (https://reolink.com/product/rlc-422w/) has 5MP resolution and SD card slot. You can insert a micro-SD card in for recording and it supports up to 64GB for longer life cycle for recording.
Thanks! I will let our engineers see this.
Would you please contact our support by submitting request ticket on the right-down corner of reolink.com and our support will help you resolve the issue ASAP. Thank you ~
Wow!
Well, you are not supposed to upgrade a NVR with a camera firmware. To upgrade the NVR, please refer to https://reolink.com/faq/upgrade-firmware-poe-nvr/ To upgrade the cameras, please refer to https://reolink.com/faq/how-to-upgrade-ip-camera-with-nvr/
Hi, did the issue came along since installation or? You can hard reset the camera and see if it can bring it to normal.
The cable? Well, there r plenty of them, like this one-https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c_1_13?url=search-alias%3Delectronics&field-keywords=sata+to+esata&sprefix=SATA+to+eSATA%2Celectronics%2C485&crid=3FNWYX92PCXOIAlso keep in mind that the HDD needs to be powered up with external power adapter. Because the NVR will not power it.
Hi, not yet. This request needs modification both in firmwares and softwares (App, Client, web, etc) so takes longer.
You can purchase SATA HDD and SATA-to-eSATA conversion cable for connection. You don't necessarily need to purchase eSATA HDD which has less options available on Amazon.
