@ilenia_932159192342750 I do not use the camera share feature however, if you are sharing it to your own phone, why not just install the app on your phone?
@zjga1951_57983139328235 DC power cable? I believe that they are 3.5mm x 1.35mm. Just check Amazon.
@user_933989755908283_933989755908283 how are your cellular data speeds? 4G? 5G? If possible, connect to a high-speed Wi-Fi network away from the DVR location. If it works fine, then it is a speed issue with your cellular service.
@joseph_1979 no, it is a battery/solar Argus PT Ultra with motion-tracking. Same one that @KimchiGUN has... we got them through the Reolink Trial program.
@joseph_1979 BIPC_NT2BNO28MPW4SD15V5 has the tracking but not sure on the battery,
@reolink-oskar I have the Argus PT Ultra Motion-Tracking version with FW 3.0.0.4486_24122645 and there is no pre-recording option.Out of curiosity, does it work the same as it does on the Altas?... the camera does not go into standby?
@marius_ss_846431955587247 Here is a Reddit thread on the topic that may or may not help...https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/1en3t2v/ftp_recording_doesnt_work_450_unknown_error/
@user_924771673063632_924771673063632 open a support ticket and reference the specific firmware you are looking for and they will supply a download link. Think of this as patched firmware and not a global release. This is not uncommon in the software industry.
@gene-vigelis_483550958342399 you can sort on the iOS app. No option like this on the Android? Here you can hold and drag to rearrange.
@cancs We need more info...1) Model of the NVR and cameras?2) How are the cameras connected to the NVR?3) Where are you seeing 2 IP's? Are the addresses 172.16.25.x?4) Is the NVR plugged directly into your router?5) Did you assign the DVR an IP address that's on the same subnet as your router and laptop?6) What is your NVR address?
@user_628934015619111_628934015619111 If I am not mistaken, grab C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\reolink\
@john-williams_475020431753444 I am running client 8.17.6 on Windows 11 24H2 21600.3476 without issue. One thing you can try is to temporarily disable the Windows 11 firewall and any 3rd party anti-virus/malware software to see if that is blocking the client. Since the Reolink client is P2P software, it could be getting blocked.
@mmacsuga_921991513252006 see above. Hope it helps.
@user_826396035408031_826396035408031 these cameras loose tracking sensitivity as the object moves farther from the center of the screen. Try increasing the movement detection sensitivity. Also keep in mind that an object can easily outrun the tracking if they are walking/moving too fast.
@jemccr_277079163437207 are your cameras setup as standalone with the app or did you set them up using the DVR? You have to set them up using the DVR. Also make sure that you have the DVR connected toy our switch via the DVR's LAN port.
@davideotto with regard to your #2 above. It does indeed support those detections. Must be an advertising oversight. As for #3, yeah I think the smart playback replaces playback. And I can tell you from experience, smart playback does not work more than it works.
@reolink-oskar soooooooo, camera name change because not a mailbox cam any longer?
@user_600965065629823_600965065629823 Wi-Fi signal could have dropped due to environmental interference. Are you using 5GHz? Switch to 2.4GHz. I have mine on 2.4 and speeds are stable. NOTE: Be advised that with mine when I switched to 2.4, I had to factory reset and reconfigure.
@chet_587162280353916 there has been debated discussion if connecting permanently to the USB-C will provide adequate power. The camera will still pull power from the battery, not the house power. House power will feed the battery, the battery will feed the camera. If you live in a cold climate, the battery will not charge resulting in the same issue you are facing with the solar panel. 3W panels are known not to provide adequate power if you have many daily event triggers. A 6W panel will perform better. This also assumes that you have the panel facing in the correct direction, obtaining 4-6 hours of direct sunlight per day.I am in SE Michigan. In the winter my Argus PT does not charge due to below 40F temps. About every 3-4 weeks I have to pull the camera down and bring it indoors to charge. This is going to be normal for any solar charged battery camera.
@eduram_186899155153142 as previous suggestions, attempt to reset the camera once again. If that does not resolve the issue, record a video of the behavior and submit to to Reolink Support https://support.reolink.com/requests/
