Yes, you are right. The cameras will record to both NVR and SD card at the same time. Motion videos only stored on SD card and 24/7 on NVR. And that will not slow down processor because the storage process is mutually independent.
Hi, thank you for your suggestion! We will forward your suggestion to our product team.
Hi all, we have received your suggestion. Linux Client development is on our to-do list but because we are doing other urgent subjects, we can't develop one in a short time. We will notify all if there is any news. Thank you for your waiting!
Sorry that there is no voice prompt for the RLC-410W, so you can not hear it talks to you. The camera loses connection with the original wifi after you reset the camera. You need to use a cable to connect the camera to the router to set it up again. You can refer to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900004582323-How-to-Initially-Set-up-WiFi-Cameras-via-Reolink-Client-New-Client-

Hi Ryan, sorry for the late reply. When you enable the "Reduce false alarm" button, PIR will detect motion in the same direction twice in 4 seconds, which can reduce the frequent alarms by waving objects within the monitoring zone.We have received your suggestion and have forwarded it to our R&D team.Thank you for your patience.

Dear Allan,There are two reasons that may cause the external HDD not recognized by the NVR. One is the external HDD may not be compatible with the NVR. Please provide more details about the HDD (Spec and model). The other may be related to the eSATA port on the NVR. You could take out the internal HDD and connect it to the eSATA port for a test.
