Seems to be time to move to other brands then Reolink. This zero-support on Mac-Client is a no go.

@pdivi_492401853944051 Same issue here with Lumus. I can fix it every time, when i kick the Lumus off the ARP-Table of my network-Router. Then it work for a while. And why can't we get a Firmware-update via download-section on Reolink website???

Hello,

my E1 Outdoor looses several times its Guard Point after tracking a person or pet. So i have to adjust the GP afterwards.
Firmware is 3.1.0.804_22012406

What can i do to fix this?

@reolink-fiona In my computer was all ok. I formatted the sd card. Then back in the Cam. After reboot i was able to init the sd-card. It seems to be al right now.

After firmware update to the latest stable version, the camera has no connection to the SD-Card. Rollback to old firmware did not help. Rebooting or disconnect from Power
doesn't help.

What now?

what is the difference between the hardware ver. IPC_515SD6 and the IPC_515BSD6 (this is my version)?

So for my Version, there are no Firmwareupdates available...
