  • I really want to integrate my Argus into my existing camera network, with a central dashboard and PVR etc. I get that you have to secure the camera because it's wireless, but how about giving us the option to enable a direct feed, rather than rendering the camera lame by requiring access via an app

  • I have just installed two Argus 2 cameras at my house. Whenever there is a push notification from either camera only one phone will receive it. Both phones are Apples, one is a 8 and the other a 5c. The 8 gets more notifications than the 5. Whats up and how do I fix it? Tim

  • Are there any Reolink or aftermarket plastic/glass dome covers that can be attached to the RLC-423 to mask the camera movements...? The purpose would be to obscure the direction in which the camera is currently pointing at any given moment.

  • I have set up and email for motion detected videos, but when I get them they are of poor quality nowhere near 4K more like the fluent size of 640x360 Cannot find anywhere to change the output size for fluent or email, so does the camera only out but in "Fluent" 640x360??

  • I am using the Argus 2 & the BETA cloud service. I know this is BETA, and I couldn't find a BETA group to post to. It seems that it only uploads 8 second clips, even though the same clips on the SD card is longer, it looks like it splits it into smaller chunks.

  • Just set up an RLN8-410 NVR with 5 cameras. Everything works great except playback over any of the network clients (PC/Mac/Android) fails. Recording does take place and playback over direct HDMI connection to NVR works just fine. Running latest NVR/Camera firmware and client software as of 7/25/201

  • I've got an RLC-422W and when I am adding cameras to QVR Pro on my QNAP NAS, it is not recognized, and I have to add it manually as a ONVIF brand and Onvif ProfileS Cameras as model. Any chance of getting this sorted so I can add it as the proper brand and name? Thanks :)

  • Hi, I'm thinking of powering my RLC-410S through a PoE injector. My question is, if I turn off the router will the camera still work? I understand that I won't be able to connect to the camera, but would the PoE injector on its own be enough keep the camera in operational mode? Thanks

  • I have a new android phone with the Reolink app but cannot easily access (physically) the camera to scan the QR code. I have tried using the device ID but this was unsuccessful. Can you point me to how I might add a camera to a new phone using the mobile app without the QR code? Thanks, Chip
