  • Although not built into the Reolink app yet, it would be very nice to switch between scenes based on your location, your connection to a specific WIFI, etc. I do this with the Tasker app already (Android), whether I'm adjusting my phone's notification volume at work or automatically turning on WiFi

  • Please allow us to delete or at least disable the admin account. I install these cameras in a lot of residential homes and people love the UID function to connect to their cameras.   • Hi everyone. Currently using the 3/4G cameras, they are superb pieces of kit. It would be fantastic if there could be either interchangeable lenses, or, an optical zoom, or both! Brilliant cameras though and they do what they do effortlessly. Thank you Reolink!

  • On all my installs, I install SD cards as well as record to a Synology NAS via FTP. I would like my customers to be able to playback from the NAS using the app. Can we please have this feature? Currently, we can only playback from SD cards. Thanks!

  • I have the 16 channel NVR (H3MB18) and there are a few things I would love to see in future firmware releases. - Direct access to cameras behind the NVR. Either by allowing them to get a dhcp address from the network (not from the NVR itself) or somehow bridging the NVR network to the local lan. -

  • Hy support Team, since 40 days (bought in October 2020) i always get one or two PIR false alarm, in the same time i look at the live-video in reolink-app! Also since 40 days the uploaded cloud-videos are too short, only 5sec . The same videos saved on sd-card in camera are 10-30 sec long, thats ok
