      Since updating my NVR and setting up pet detection I've had no success, Pets are not identified as pets - just as normal motion - I've tried putting pet sensitivity at 100 but it's not working

      I have 4 810A and a 832A with a rln8-410 (N2MB02) all on latest firmware and they detect people and vehicles fine.

          @ashall3n_532259310379259 Hi there, our pet detection is still in beta and it can only detect the dog and cat now. You can send the pet video which is detected as the normal motion to our support team and our tech will optimize the detection based on these videos. Thank you so much!               Just to add to this, I have the exact same camera and nvr combination, and have a similar problem.

              What I noticed is, the camera itself is detecting pets, but the NVR is not saving it as a "pet detection". I have 6x 810A's. 4x are direct to the NVR, and 2x 810A's are connected to the NVR via a POE switch. They record to the NVR and to the internal SD card. If I log into the 2x camera's directly on the network (bypassing the NVR), the pet detection playback works fine, whereas if I play them back via the NVR, there is no pet detection.

                @rambo_gorilaz_416613421928616 after going back and forth and troubleshooting all the settings and going through all their suggestions - even granting their engineers remote access to my nvr.. it turns out.. the app and client don't even support pet detection at all... you can see the pet icon when a pet appears but it doesn't get logged.. what was the point in releasing the feature in this state?

                  @ashall3n_532259310379259 Ah, thanks for posting this Rambo, I could see the NVR showing the pet detection screen, but couldn't find it logged in the app. Hopefully this will be addressed in the next update
