@reolink-fiona Reolink team must get this to Synology ASAP for integration with their Surveillance Station camera compatibility list. If the Trackmix is in the Synology drop-down menu selection like the Duo, we can record both views with a single camera licence (because it uses the same IP address). But until it's added to Synology's official compatibility list, ONVIF will only allow us to record whichever is labeled camera 1. I have reviewed and tested the Duo previously and it works with a single camera licence.

@Reolink-Fiona with my RLC-1212A trial, Synology Support offered to remote into my system and get the data required to add it to their Surveillance Station official supported camera list. If you have any problems let me know I can borrow a TrackMix, and request Synology Support add it to the officially supported list ASAP. It's a different professional relationship between Reolink & Synology, than I have as a customer with 2½ years of direct support, I can complain publicly if necessary. So if they stall, let me know and I'll pressure them to add it, but I'll have to borrow a TrackMix and have it plugged in temporarily for them to get the data.

@reolink-fiona Then I'd return the TrackMix, I don't have a need for a PTZ camera, I have overlapping coverage of my entire property using Reolink cameras and Synology Surveillance Station recording. I produced a video on best practices for planning mounting locations that Wilson uses for education on Reddit, not sure if you've seen it.

@reolink-fiona I have a TrackMix PoE from another reviewer, I heard there should be a firmware update for the Synology Surveillance Station in mid September? Currently I only get the 4K lens recording with ONVIF. I have several "issues" that need to be escalated to the firmware engineers, but it's hard to show the issues without the 2.6x feed. It will detection a passing vehicle, then lock onto a neighbors parked car instead of tracking the moving vehicle. There has to be adjustable pan limits for the users, it will over rotate and stare at the wall, or worse it can see a reflection off my window and try to track a vehicle/person in the reflection. Having an adjustable pan limits would prevent the TrackMix from panning into the wall or trying to track motion off the window.

@fireguy50 Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we have a new firmware for the TrackMix soon. For the issue that you mentioned about the parked car, you can provide me the video and I will give it to our tech for improvement. For the tracking limit, I have given this suggestion to our product team for more consideration.

Ok, I found it. I had to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and select the battery\solar version and that took me to that version's page (https://reolink.com/us/product/reolink-trackmix/) and when I clicked the "Add To Cart" button, the "Notify" button showed up.
