@reolinkshayla They are all excellent products. I have one question though. Do the new E1 ODs have the same gear mechanism as the previous models? Thanks.

Update: support told me that they have different gearing mechanism and hopefully the problem of deviation is something of the past.

@reolinkshayla Will the Video Doorbell Battery have WiFi or will it require an Ethernet connection? I would love to see a doorbell with with WiFi for exterior entrance locations that cannot be wired with Ethernet.

Will it have capabilities for a solar panel?

@kimchigun We have no plan for it. But we will see if many users request this.

Any news on firmware improvements? It'd be nice to have webhook for AI detection, and amazing to have mqtt.

I've never gotten the Home Assistant integration working well, and am thinking of switching brands entirely.

@reolinkshayla I agree with @KimchiGUN. Solar capabilities for this would be ideal as all 4 of my current cameras are solar and I won't get anything without solar capabilities.

Was anticipating a ptz cx cam such as the E1 Outdoor CX preferably a poe version but to see this advertised with a "downgrade" 2k is anti climatic. I'm not sure I will buy at launch. The cx410 is already being improved upon with with 4k cx810. Which reolink admits was a big upgrade request. Now they made a E1 outdoor CX but back to 2k quality like previous E1's, seriously? I hate when it seems like companies deliberately hold back features just to implement it in another future product.

Any word on webhooks in the firmware? I can't get onvif to work reliably for some reason, and FTP and email are very 1990s.
