@user_822884704698612_822884704698612 Need more details on how its connected? using POE switch? You cant see your DHCP table within your router? There should be a list of connected clients within the router.If you could bring the camera down plug it up closer to the router with a short drop cable, that will confirm is there is a faulty cable or cam.
@reolinkshayla Finally a battery powered door bell! Been waiting for this for a long time!!Will it have capabilities for a solar panel?
@user_726740213256441_726740213256441 Sounds like you are running out of power on the switch. Get a bigger POE switch. Upgrade the switch to a POE+ switch. Also, wireshark trace isnt for the faint of heart, if you dont know what you are looking at.
@supaman22 No, you will run out of power... per the port. So the new cameras prolly required more power and a power cycle is a symptom of a low power.Consider a POE+ or a POE++/ BT switch.
@joseph_1979 Took me a while to test this... I reset it. Tried what you mentioned and the time keeps jumping back 1 hour like 2 hours after setting it.
I have my DUO 3 POE updated to the latest firmware from April.No matter what I do the time goes back 1 hour. I set it through the phone, cam GUI, APP... it bounces back 1 hour after about an hour or so. I have the Time Zone set correctly.it doesn't change is i set the NTP server or not. Same results.Is this a bug? or am I missing something?
@joseph_1979 Ok thanks...
I'm on my way of swapping out my old cams with all reolink.
I am super interested in a RLC-840A. If I had to put it on the wall, rotate the base, and turn it at a full left angle. Within the cam, I can rotate the screen, so it makes it a landscape view. So does the 125 degree FOV stay in the portrait mode? or does it landscape with the FOV switch within the cam?Does that make sense?
@reolinkshayla Very Very Very Nice!! Look forward to getting a few of these!!
@joseph_1979 I did with the same results.
