@user_822884704698612_822884704698612 Need more details on how its connected? using POE switch? You cant see your DHCP table within your router? There should be a list of connected clients within the router. If you could bring the camera down plug it up closer to the router with a short drop cable, that will confirm is there is a faulty cable or cam.
@joseph_1979 I think ReoLink banks on being affordable (hardware cost and no subs) and a very basic amount of features. There are times when I have thought about spending the money $$ on more expensive cameras and NVRs to get the "current" basic features. I have a mixed bag of cameras on my home for testing. I'm trying to figure out which brand I want to stick with. Fully customized motion zones. Not a do not record painting feature. WDR/HDR. Fully customized scenarios. At least give us a all cam motion display section within the phone app when connected to the a NVR/HH. When I click on the NVR/HH through the phone app, all the cams should live feed. All these are normal features within 2025.I know they showed in a previous expo show that they had full motion zones displayed. I think that was like 2 years ago. just silence. Reolink has been out far too long to take this long for basic features. If they need help testing and QA this stuff, I'm game. I literally worked for a large manufacture doing this stuff. I want ReoLink to succeed, I think they have great products.
@davideotto No hard drive or POE. is the gist.I prefer the RLN36 over the Home Hub cuz you can add 3rd party cams to it per ONVIF or RTSP. When you add cams to the Home Hub the Cams GUI gets locked.
Super awesome footage dude!
It would be nice to have a 3 cam or a 2 cam option for Duo cams. Where it shows 2 duos as widescreen. or 3 cams with the 1 duo at top as wide screen and 2 cams below in a squared box. PC Client already does it, with 2 cam setting. Currently the only has a 4 cam option.
I think you need to look at what you are needing.Ultra wide is ultra...wide. But it usually has a very small vertical FOV. Unlike the 1240A, which had a huge FOV, but not as wide as the ultra-wide cams. I prefer the ultra wide if I'm trying to capture a large area. Then i use other models when I need more accurate view.
@user_603788725944329_603788725944329 Add them per their UID that will create the cloud link between your app and the cams.
It would be nice if "linked devices" would include more camera models. Almost all of the cams have spotlights and or sirens. Would be nice if we could active them in scenarios.
@user_830676047601836_830676047601836 I know on my reolink nvr, there is a auto scan feature when trying to add a cam to a channel. Does the Amcrest cam show up in that list?
@reolinkshayla Finally a battery powered door bell! Been waiting for this for a long time!!Will it have capabilities for a solar panel?
I'm going to be honest... I think Reolink is a tad behind in features. I do like the price point versus UniFi Protect. I spoke with some ReoLink peeps last night about features on video chat. I hope Reolink takes it in and brings the fire power. I think Reolink has been out too long to be this behind. They def need to catch up. I wouldn't even mind paying a little more for high version of cameras.
@chopstix mine isBIPC_NT2BNO28MPW4SD15V5it has tracking but not the feature shown above.
@reolink-oskar I do not have this either with my PT Ultra. Same FW has @Chopstix
@reolink-fiona did we get anywhere with this?
I use the Windows APP while im sitting at my office desk... and when I do setting changes. MOST of the times it off my phone or monitor hooked up the NVR. My fam only uses their phones.
@joseph_1979 I just read that it does do the event list on the NVRS, but only when a monitor is hooked up. ARGH, not in the app when you have an NVR hooked up.You can add 3rd party cams to the NVR through RTSP. but the Home Hub is more closed ecosystem... I figured they were going that way. Now I got to play devils advocate and decide if I want a Home Hub Pro. I just have a feeling that ReoLink is going into that direction and away from the NVR models, eventually.
Here it is:https://community.reolink.com/topic/15780/manage-security-more-intelligently-with-reolink-s-smart-surveillance-analyticsI have not had enough coffee this morning GEEZ... this just shows 1 camera at a time? Not collective of all cameras?
@joseph_1979 I saw or read somewhere that it has a "collective motion tab" where it shows you a screenshot or small gif of the motion of all the cams on 1 page/section. like you can scroll through it. is that true? If it is, I really do like that feature, I wish the NVR would get that. I don't like the home hub, its a bit closed system for me. I prefer options, a lot of them. I also like adding 3rd party cams to the NVR's. I always have a 3rd party cam sitting around, it's nice to use it.
