When entering full screen mode, currently the only way to exit this mode is by pressing the ESC key.

My Windows 10 touch screen tablet has no keyboard hence if have no way to exit full screen mode.

Hence request that the developers should in a future release to include a method to exit full screen mode when using a touch screen device.

I suggest to add a small touch button in the lower right corner of the screen where there are existing touch buttons for taking screen shots etc, and program the new button with the ESC function. Quite a simple task for the software developer team.

              Bonjour,

              Hello,

When I open the program, I am with one camera, when I want to switch to all my cameras (8 ). The version 8.4.0 is blocked = obliged to go through the task bar to close the program.

Relaunch the program, when I open it I have all my 8 cameras.

All my firmwares are up to date.

              Bloquer total.

              Pour Fermer le programme bloquer.

              Relance programme ok.

                Replying to my own post.

The full screen mode can be quite complex if you display multiple cameras.
So suggest a simple way forward would be to program using a 'Double Tap' to exit full screen mode on touch screen devices

                  Re,
Les développeurs peuvent il modifier la durée du fichier vidéo inférieur à 5 minutes, par tranche de 1 mm.
                  Actuellement impossible.

                  Re,
Can developers change the length of the video file below 5 minutes, in 1mm increments.
                  Currently not possible.

@mbzt_424281994174717 Hello mbzt, thank you for your detailed feedback. Here are some of the replies to the issues that you've reported.

                    1. The clarity, clear or fluent, will not be saved on the desktop app. Or, it may take longer to load videos under clear mode.
                    2. The desktop app may take longer to show multiple cameras in live view and this is a known issue. Our team is seeking solutions now.
                    3. The issue with video file duration will be fixed in a future update.

Let me know if you have any other ideas or questions. 😊

I don't seem to be able to get the Black & White and Color Switching Threshold to work on a RLC-410-5MP. If I manually switch the "Day and Night" mode to Color I get an image which looks quite usable to me (I did try to post an example here but it complains it makes the post too large). However as soon as I switch "Day and Night" back to auto, the image switches to B&W, no matter what setting I have the Switching Threshold set to. I would like it to stay in colour when the lighting levels are similar to this picture, but still be able to switch to B&W when it gets darker. (in case it matters I have the IR lights set to stay off on this camera, which gives a better B&W picture and avoids focusing on any spiders web across the camera that is lit up by the IR)

Hi @liam_93721152131241, with "Auto" enabled in Day & Night mode, the camera will detect the light with its sensor and decide whether to capture in color or in black & white. Simply, the camera may change recording in color or black & white when the environment is bright or dim.

A workaround is to add an additional light source next to the camera. By doing so, you are allowing the camera to record under a well-lit environment and make it possible for the camera to capture images in color or black & white when the light is on or off. Hope this helps.

@reolink-lorenz So what is that slider that allows selection of +/- 50 for the B&W and Color Switching Threshold ? I assume it should change the behaviour somehow

A minor detail, but I noticed when adding a camera on the Mac client, after entering the second copy of the new password, I couldn't click the save button. I had to tab out of the second password field before the save button was enabled.

Hi @liam_93721152131241, are you referring to the Brightness & Shadow settings or anything else? These settings allow you to adjust the image quality and make the images look more usable to you. Adjustments to these settings won't affect the camera to record in color or black & white. If you are referring to another setting, let me know.

@liam_93721152131241 I have just talked to our devs team and it is not a bug. You need to tab out of the field in case you mistakenly enter another character or symbol. Hope this helps.

@reolink-lorenz I can see why it's done, but the average non technical user doesn't understand 'tab' they just expect to click with the mouse. After they've entered the information the next obvious thing to do is click save.

@reolink-lorenz The system won't let me post an image here. I was referring to the slider under the Advanced section that's called "Black & White and Color Switching Threshold". I was expecting it to allow me to have the camera stay in color mode until it gets darker than the default, but so far (RLC-410-5MP with firmware v3.0.0.660_21102203) it doesn't seem to make any difference.

@liam_93721152131241 Yes, the non-technical users just need to click any blank space with the mouse to click save. Hope this clarifies.
