Missing firmware in Download Center?
-
Hi, I purchased the RLK8-820D4-A kit and two E1 Zoom cams but I cant find the firmware for the hardware versions I have:
HW version of NVR is N3MB01 and the Zoom is IPC_515BSD6.
Does the NVR firmware also update the cameras connected to it or do I have to connect each cam to my network and update them individually?
Cheers -

Hi, you can try to click the firmware version block and view the list to find more firmware.
The firmware for the NVR will only upgrade the feature of the NVR. If you want to upgrade the firmware of the RLC-820A, you can find the hardware version of your camera first. Then you can download the firmware of the RLC-820A.
This is the download center, Download Center – Reolink.
The guide to find the latest firmware, https://community.reolink.com/topic/2602/how-to-find-latest-firmware-for-reolink-camera-nvr. -
@reolink-fiona Thanks Fiona!
I found the links but it seem there is an issue with my browser/PC, the drop down menu does not always appear. Anyway, sorted now thanks -
It seems that the E1 Zoom IPC_515BSD6 is missing. Please note the B in the product number. All available firmware in download center is for IPC_515SD6 (without B). I own a B version too and still looking for actual firmware. Is the B-version a new version replacing the the other one?
Kind regards -
Hi @radio2_481387171401978, please check out the post by @Reolink-Fiona above, https://community.reolink.com/topic/2637/missing-firmware-in-download-center/2
Click the second v3.0.0.716 on the drop down menu and you will find the latest firmware for E1 Zoom with hardware IPC_515BSD6. -

Glad to hear that. For the website problem, could you please tell me the system information of your PC and browser? We would like to check the issue. -
@reolink-lorenz i got it ... little bit strange website design
In the small dropdown box it is not clear witch version you see. Now I update my cam and it works.

@radio2_481387171401978 Thank you for the feedback. We are now working on the UX improvement of the download center. A clearer layout will be available soon! Stay tuned!

@reolink-lorenz Good to hear you are going to improve the website. It does not make sense as it is
The browser I use is Firefox and running under windows or Linux, I get the same issue. I have a dual monitor system. When I open the website on the first monitor, the drop down appears but not on the second. So it might be an issue with my graphic card and how Firefox uses that. So not an easy situation for you to compensate for. Ignore my setup in other words. -
@codejack_429390113616000 Thank you for your detailed feedback, Jack! When the new download center is live, we will definitely let you know.

I also don't see new firmware for the RLK8-812B4-A.

Hi @ple_499748832202987, there is no firmware for an entire system. You will need to upgrade the NVR and the 812A cameras with the latest firmware respectively. Hope this helps.
