It's incredible, after more than 2 months of waiting and more versions made all always with problems. When are you going to pay developers and beta testers instead of letting us customers do it? Anything from you is incorrect and only creates problems for us and for the management of your cameras. As fast as you make profits from sales if you applied it to problem solving and customer satisfaction this would really be a goal to achieve. I'm still stuck on 8.8.4 which works fine!

They dont care, sales are sales -
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Others are having issues as well. For some it's with older phones and older computers still running Windows 10 or third party programs. I have a new computer Windows 11 and newer phone. The new apps are not causing me problems. Hopefully Reolink will fix things soon. New firmware can have bugs, Reolink relies on and appreciates users who report specific problems but they need to know your operating system specific info to fix things. Contact Reolink support, let them know. Meantime nothing wrong staying with older versions that work and wait for bugs to be worked out of the new version.

@md I installed the 8.10.4 on a windows 10 machine and it failed abysmally. The screen-expand arrow was missing, it would not load files in playback from previous days. I'm sure I'm forgetting some of the other things that are broken. There is way to many windows 10 machines and while this is a 64 bit system, there are still a lot of 32 bit machines in service. Please write your software accordingly.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Version 22H2. After I upgraded to 8.10.4 Client, I cannot open the Calendar in Playback to look at video from previous days.

@stevesherrill_297456686461174 Scroll down and you should find a link to 8.8.5 in one of my replies. Are you using Win 32bit or 64 bit. The v8.11.0 is meant for 64bit OS. Moreover if you have 64bit OS try to disable hardware acceleration from appl menu. If this doesn't solve the issue then you need to install additional Directx libraries (D3D9...). These can be provided by Reolink Support. Email them.
