      An earlier update to the Windows client prevented camera E1 Zoom from being shown. Now the latest version 8.12 has dropped E1 Outdoor. I have the latest version of Windows 11 installed. I am dreading the next release which could see me loose my other two cameras from the Windows app. Everything works on the Android app so please don't update that!

          It's same to me. I can't monitor some of my reolink cameras at this version. I can monitor on the android app. So this Windows app has defect.

            @tomselbyuk_331910860959874 Thank you for your feedback. You may try to download this beta version and see if you can find the PTZ button on the E1 Zoom live view sreen. I am looking forward to your reply.

              I've got the same problem. Pretty annoying! Had to re-install older version in order to see all my 10 cameras again.

                @info_308588974215389 I just installed v8.12 and I can watch all the cameras. Which models you are unable to watch? What do you get? Just audio and no video?

                  I can confirm that the PTZ button is visible with the beta version. No actual video though

                        @joseph_1979 Thank you but I have Windows 11 installed which will have the latest version of DirectX so there should be no need for me to install anything else

                          @tomselbyuk_331910860959874 This client uses old DirectX9 libraries. It will not do any harm in adding it. The DirectX11 libraries will not be overwritten. Otherwise email Reolink support.
