So it tracks perfectly side to side bit won't track if some one is under it? I have a buddy with the same camera it tracks perfectly below? What's up with this

So reolink got back to me and said to use pan and tilt and I did the test.. still won't track under the unit unless I wave.
I have my sensitivity on high and removed my object size and still -

@issom So they have upgraded the fw and now it is tracking both vertical and horizontal right? I will check the download center and if available I will apply it on mine Trackmix. Thanks a lot.

Dear Jason
I learned from our engineer that 23082406 is the official firmware and has been pushed to the online users already.
As for 23082809, it may be a beta firmware or test firmware produced by one of our engineers to solve a certain problem or collect some info to debug the issue, so the final official firmware is still 23082406.
so dont know if its going to be released after testing -
@jaygo_370576055292153 Fw installed on my WIFI TrackMix has been compiled in Feb 23. Cannot understand why the download center is never up to date with stable firmware. Last week I had a confirmation from support that all my models except Argus 3 Pro had the most updated fw. Nevertheless thanks for the info.
