The advertised batteries life is from tests under controlled laboratory conditions. The actual batteries life depends on configurations, battery models, and many other factors; actual results will vary. 3-4 months of usage with occasional active live view seems normal battery life. So, please refer to the test results in https://reolink.com/faq/choose-batteries-for-battery-powered-camera/ We appreciate your kind understanding.
Updated 2021/12/01:For the firmware of the C1 Pro, you can try to get it from our support team. Please submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support.Original post:Roy,Please unzip the downloaded file and use the .pak file included in it for the upgrade.
Guys,The firmware for RLN8-410 cannot be used for RLN4-410.Sorry for any possible inconvenience.
I think you may not have reset the camera correctly. Please refer to this guide and reset it again-https://reolink.com/faq/reset-reolink-camera/ After that you scan the local network and it should come up.
Hi David,Please upgrade (or downgrade) the firmware of the camera as to reload the firmware. And tick "Update config file" to make sure the settings are restored. If the issue persists after this, then we can say the battery inside the camera is dead and unable to save settings after power loss.Thank you.
Guys, it's a mistake and we are working on a fix. There is no need to roll back.Sorry for bringing the trouble.
Hi Chip,Yes, you can read this guide we made-https://reolink.com/faq/share-configured-camera-with-others-phones/
Hi guys,Dismantling the camera can void the warranty and we don't advise to do so. We are coming with upgraded models with more storage as well as versions of micro-SD card slot (for flexible SD card changes). Please stay tuned~
Glue on the front side of the warning sign? I see the benefits of this design but let's hear what other consumers have to say
Hey, we can schedule to test some more, but can you or other guys here make some suggestions on some models? Then we can do the collection and initiate the testing program.About Argus Pro, it will come out this year if things go smoothly. As to discount and other information, it's undetermined. And please stay tuned for newsletters.

Sorry for any possible inconvenience.Your request has been collected. Engineering is reviewing the feasibility of implementing this idea. We’ll schedule to implement the request if it’s accepted. Otherwise it goes to the suggestion pool and may be reactivated if others make similar requests again. Thank you sincerely for sharing your thoughts. We will take your request seriously and work hard to make our products better~
The micro-USB port in the battery compartment can be used to power the camera (5V 2A) although it was not designed for this exact purpose. It's for debugging in manufacturing process. Reolink Argus is an outdoor camera and powering in that way may incur elements and water getting in and in turn cause irreversible damage to the camera. This kind of damage is not taken as within warranty from Reolink.
There will be pre-record and post-record. So little chance that there will be events missing. To see the recorded videos through a browser, IE browser is supported - https://reolink.com/faq/access-reolink-nvr-via-ie-browser-lan/
Hi Phil,Please contact our support for suggestions and we will help look into the case. Thanks!
Danke für Ihre Unterstützung für Reolink!
You are welcome!
Hi,Here are some points:1. Standalone cameras or single cameras cannot do continuous recordings. So for constant recording, you need a NVR system.2. Our usable platform includes Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS. Linux is not among them.3. Since you want the cameras to record constantly, you need not worry about motion recording. As motion parts will be marked and easily seen.4. As to configuration, there is not much to do. Basically, you don't need to configure anything with RLK4-210WB4. If you do, you can use your phone or monitor plugged into the NVR. So it's not a issue.Thank you!
Phil,Argus is not compatible with Reolink PoE NVR. We are developing a new recording box for Argus and Argus Pro, which will be more suitable for these batteries-powered cameras. Please stay tuned for our news and announcements.
If you do port forwarding on your router then you can access the camera from remotely via the App.
