Re: Multiple detection zones?We really need multiple detection zones. One for triggering alarms and one for just recording ai events, at least. Discuss. Thanks
@joseph_1979 Yes, Win 11
@big_ted This is a super update! Thanks! It finally works very well with my nvr-36 and different cams!
A company like yours should do automatic tests on software features, so that while implementing new features you avoid breaking others.8.12.1 works fine to me except (as the lastest 2/3 versions) i cannot view the Clear/High stream anymore on any cam via my nvr. I have some RLC-811A, some RLC-1212A and two Dual 2, but every Clear/High stream is just a frozen image.
This version broke the CLEAR version of the stream. Balanced and Fluent are working.
@crimp-on_62210811129 AHHAHAHAHAH xD
@crimp-on_62210811129 Huuu, thank you very much, i missed it!
I know it's a niche request, but it could be great if we can setup two different detection areas. One just for trigger the recording events of people, pets, etc, and one another to trigger the alarm.
Please, allow users to select their wanted language for the Reolink client app. I'm italian but i always set the language to english.
+1 for this feature! ( Owner of a nvr 36 + 8x RLC811A, 1x 1212A, 1x Duo 2)
Welcome to november! Hope to have some RLC-1212A on Christmas...
@reolink-fiona Hi Fiona, thanks for replying. I see that those cameras seems to be a different version that the RLC-1212A (no sd card, no autonomous streams, etc). Could you tell what are the differences between the two cameras experiences, user side? I mean, i never used an nvr. With this kit, what happens when a camera detect a person? Does your app open and visualize the camera stream as the standard RLC-1212A does? Etc.Thanks!
+1 for proper Home Assistant integration. I'm waiting to buy an NVR with 12 poe cameras
Hi, i just see the new rlk16-1200b8-a kit with 8 cameras. What model are those cameras? Are they similar to the RLC-1212A ?And i see those cameras does not work without nvr, that is fine, but why? I mean, for example, does the human detection runs on the camera's cpu or it need to be done on the nvr cpu? Also, what if i want to purchase more 1200b8 cameras to add to the kit? I can't find them on your website.Thanks!
Hi, is there any date for the availabilty of RLC-1212A in Europe? I'd like to buy eight of them.Thanks, Chris
@reolink-fiona this kind of alarm is useful when someone would move the camera. So if a thief reorient a camera, an alarm is triggered. If you increase the delay, this kind of alarm would not function anymore. I think this should be fixed via firmware. The camera knows when it turn on or off the ir leds, so the software could not take in consideration that temporal frame and do not turn alarm on in those cases.
