@joseph_1979 I have tried with iphone of my wife and in reolink app are present four sound for push notifications: classico forte medio predefinito (italian names of reolink sounds) that on my android menu of the app are disappeared
If i go on my app menu open only system sound of the smartphoen where i can choose all the sounds that i want but not reolink sound

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Oh....This should be under Notification Category....and the sound is application provided. Yes I recall that the user was able to change it through the application main menu.

So since Reolink supplies these sounds if someone from the company gives me the possibility to download them, I insert them in the phone sounds and then use them in the application thanks

Hi I have installed new version on my samsung s20 ultra 5g android 13 but app works good but i have lost all reolink push notification dedicated sound. I can choose all sound on my phone but Reolink sounds are not present on my phone. Someone can help me. I don't love these new version because before you can choose all reolink sound directly from the app menu.

@reolink-fiona I think you have pointed to the erroneous file in your drive 'reolink_setup_8.10.2.exe'. This is not the Android version 4.37.

Hi I don't think that correct and change the link is an hard work!

It has been almost two months since the update of the windows application and the android one had many problems and malfunctions. Now almost two months later, what is Reolink doing? Same problems. Messages have already arrived that I've read that the new version 8.10.3 creates problems and I can't judge the new 4.37 android and ios as the download link is wrong as you download an incorrect version. But I say, how can you be so sloppy and unprofessional? To err is human, but if you repeat the mistakes it means that you have no respect for your customers! Your programs are for video surveillance and not for playing pacman! Take more developers, good ones and above all do more tests and stop producing new software versions full of problems. I take the opportunity to point out that a button with a camera icon to capture snapshots I think you should also insert it in the application's playback window to facilitate capturing and saving images. Just as you like to sell your products, we would like to be able to use them fully and without always having problems. I hope you understand this, otherwise you will only lose customers by continuing to behave like this.

Find my post and read it, but there are many post about problems with windows last version also android and ios version. Next time test well the programs before publish it!

Modified live view window ratio to 1:1 is horrible. I have an Android Samsung S22 and the live view used to fill the screen and now it does not. Please put it back to the way it used to be!!

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I hope so because both the windows and android or ios versions are video surveillance programs, not video games!. Unfortunately, every time a new version comes out there are always problems that are not even solved quickly. Fixing bugs and other minor problems should be done right away. The first rule is and should be to test programs very well before distributing them to avoid problems.

@crimp-on_62210811129 The issue of the resolution occurred because I didn't close the application and re-run it. After I re-run the application the resolution was maintained. So it's fine.

I have check but the problem remains. Do you know the link of repository where i can find old client windows version and also old android version for download it?.

Hi there is a bug in this version, when you choose strem quality, and you change cam vision or close the program, the choice is not stored!

@reolink-fiona Hi Fiona menu image strech disappeared and also you can't choose the kind of the sound of push notifications as was possible in the version before this. You go directly to choose sound of the telephone but you don't find list of ReoLink application sounds, but other sounds. I use a Samsung s20 ultra 5g. Thanks. Kindly Regards

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Yes, this is the most stable official Win client available to the general public. I am using the 8.10beta which is still in beta version. Hopefully we shall shortly see the final version.
