Mobile app video download too high res

Argus connects to WiFi, but the app won't connect to the camera.
This is a camera from the KickStarter, I bought two and already had to exchange one for not completely resetting. I'm about to throw this one in the trash. Argus 2 support for Synology
I have two Argus 2 cameras and want to use them with my Synology... FTP recording contains JPG thumbnails...how do I remove that?
Hi, I am using FTP constant recording to my PC. And I notice one thing, it stores thumbnails along with the MP4. Could someone explain the difference to me between ftp and just having the cameras record? I finally got ftp working, so I have the option of using scheduled ftp or scheduled recordings. Latest IOS update 11.3.1 broke the 4G LTE access on the APP
I just recently go a IOS update on my phone and ipad. this seems to correlate with a problem I now see. The IOS app can't connect when on 4G LTE but works fine on any WiFi connection. I’m glad to see that windows client now supports Argus cameras.
