  • Hi Does anyone know how to stop a blank screen showing on unused channels when using the camera tour function as I only have three cameras connected to my 8 channel DVR it is annoying to have to wait for the tour function to cycle through 4 used channels. Your help would be much appreciated.

  • I cannot determine the port my camera is on.. I've checked my wireless router but all I can attain is the IP Address. Neither the camera app nor the PC Client settings show it. The AutoScan for the camera only finds the camera via UID. I need the port number to use my browser for viewing. any advice

  • Hi, I am using FTP constant recording to my PC. And I notice one thing, it stores thumbnails along with the MP4. Is there a setting somewhere that I can turn off saving the JPG thumbnails to FTP server? If there is no setting for that, then I would like to suggest to add this feature. Thanks.

  • Could someone explain the difference to me between ftp and just having the cameras record? I finally got ftp working, so I have the option of using scheduled ftp or scheduled recordings. Would one put more strain on a network/ require better internet speed? There are 7 cameras set up, 1 is model RLC
