Very pleased to have the E1-PRO in home and the RLC-410 outside. Both recording on the Synology Surveillance station. So easy to install and perfect recordings. Hopefully we never have to use them. It gives a secure feeling.
My hope for the next year is to heave useful updates and extra features.

Heard that there will be a doorbell soon. Any ETA on the launch date. And I hope its not hard-wired and has the option to run on battery. Cannot wait to check it out.

@genesis1280_350417447833787 Hello there, we are glad to hear about your interest. The doorbell that we are going to release can be powered up in 3 ways, including DC 24V, AC 8-24V, and PoE. We don't plan to offer one that runs on a battery.

In terms of the launch date, it is expected to be late April or early May. Stay tuned!

@reolink-fiona when will new firmware for rlc 510 wa come out? the latest beta 3.1.0.764 malfunctions at night. does not detect people like the previous one. a little disappointed. and the night image is less fluid with less kbits. very artificial, and AI malfunctions

the last is 3.0.0.494. this firmware at night is very good at human detection. although during the day it doesn't work very well. does not record some car movements. the new day beta 3.0.1.764 works great and records everything in day. but at night it doesn't detect person (AI) very well, the image is very artificial and vivid but less kbits/s. she is in a place with public light. please fix this problem. thanks

You can try to adjust the person detection sensitivity to get the detection much better now.
