      New PC client was release V8.19.5
      Have added to download list- https://community.reolink.com/topic/14683/client-update?post_id=35041&_=1754201931382
      I have also request a change log for what has updated.

          @big_ted There are issues with this client. Horrible fonts, audio level, config wheel for ethernet connected cams disappeared, flipping between stretched and not-stretched mode, slower, etc. Downgraded to previous version. I don't know who tested this client before launching it.

              @big_ted have contacted support, as following whatever latest updates to both Windows and Android apps for Reolink, I am unable to connect to multiple cameras on my wifi LAN. Only Argus 2E, Argus 2, and wifi doorbell camera are accessible. The rest, including several PoE and one Duo 2 wifi, I can no longer access.

              Things were fine yesterday, so I wonder if camera firmware and/or this latest app might be suspect. Nothing has changed on my end as far as network infrastructure or camera settings before these issues.

              EDIT: At some point earlier today after reaching out to Reolink support, they asked me to retry and now my cameras all appear to be operational. I plan to monitor over the next few weeks just in case, and also jot down the cameras' UIDs from their settings screens. I didn't have that info handy and the support person requested these along with other info to troubleshoot. No idea what specifically may have been changed, but I can only guess maybe something related to the new client was rolled back for causing issues like I experienced.

                @joseph_1979 Hi Buddy, what's new? Reolink never changes. Now they've also announced the Pro series and the Pro software that manages these cameras, and if the design system is the same, help! They haven't understood that they need to stop releasing broken and sloppy software and firmware. I just bought the new E1 Zoom 4K and the date and time fonts are ugly and huge. When the camera performs the scheduled maintenance reboot, when it restarts, the camera is out of focus (an old bug in all the E1 Zoom releases they've made). Then after some firmware, they fixed it. The tracking isn't very responsive. Now I say instead of repeating the same errors and bugs over and over again, couldn't they just sell the new products with properly written firmware right from the start?

                  @mamymam2013_465350299701478 Hello friend. I am super fine and hope you are on the same wavelength. I had the E1 Zoom 4K and initially it used to deviate from its guard position similar to the E1 OD. This was fixed by a fw upgrade which added frequent camera calibrations. I have been telling them to improve the software which is lagging compared to their competitors. I just upgraded the Windows Client and had to revert back to the previous version.

                    @alan_325 You should have deleted it from the client and add it through its UID. If this doesn't work then switch off/on the router and any access point.

                        @mamymam2013_465350299701478 I just checked it. It is the second generation E1 Zoom AI and is 5MP. It's not used. HW version is IPC_566SD65MP and running v3.1.0.3382_2404177933.

                              @joseph_1979 cycling power to the router and cameras made no difference. I didn't have my cameras' UIDs handy so was unable to remove and re-add them to the app but I will make a note to record them so I can do that should this issue recur, which I hope it doesn't.

                              As I said, I made no changes on my end in my control, so I can only assume something changed on Reolink's side that rendered my cameras unreachable. I'll hopefully be better prepared to re-add them next time as a troubleshooting step.

                                    @joseph_1979 adding to your issue list - stretch mode is not working in v8.19.5. After update this morning, all my devices screens are rotating in and out strectch mode and it is driving me crazy!

                                                @joseph_1979 yes, all are normally on one wifi network on my home LAN.

                                                I notice Reolink just recently released another update, I'll try it out when I get a chance. So far, so good, though; since the last hiccup things have been smooth. 🤞

                                                So my reply from support:
                                                The update v8.19 for the Reolink Windows Client is mainly used to be compatible with Reolink professional series, like the camera model RP-PCB8M. And it fixed the wrong text/explanation for the "Record audio" option, as this option applies to the recording feature only for some of the models.

                                                Hopefully a new version will get released without the bugs/problems created with this version too.
                                                For the Mac people, I have been advised a new Mac version is due to be released shortly too.

                                                    @big_ted @joseph_1979 I ask myself, how can anyone want to launch and sell professional products if the client doesn't support them or creates problems? Do they want to continue having the client apps and firmware managed by underpaid, inexperienced amateurs? I'd say it's a terrible image, and they certainly don't gain any reputation. Are we hoping for a new version? Christmas isn't that far away.

We also offered our support to test subject to our availability since we have our commitments. But we can allocate free time slots as we find here to assist based on our experience and skills. Recall that we are customers like you and we do not have access to any specific documentation other than what is available on the Internet.

                                                      The fonts are truly horrible. I thought it was just me so came here to check because I couldn't remember what the previous version was like.

                                                      I hope they get it fixed and unless someone was complaining about it why change it. It was the first thing I noticed when the programmed opened.

                                                        This client is complete and utter garbage and you should remove it immediately from your downloads. Do you not test anything? Go ahead and use the client yourselves with a fisheye camera in multi view and tell me if you think that should be sent to the general public.

                                                        Please invest some time and money in QC in your coding. It is at time horrible, and this is coming from someone who supports MS products for a living.
