How am I able to delete a Camera name for an unused camera that is no longer connected to channel #7 I do NOT see any camera name when viewing through the NVR directly, but see this camera name displayed on both the Android app as well as my Windows Desktop app. I have attached a picture. Thanks.

@bbugaski_390328908112013 Quite a puzzle. Ordinarily, selecting the "Gear" icon brings up a menu where the last item (bottom) is "Delete Camera".
I have an extra camera on the Reolink app on my Android phone that wants me to "Enter user name and password". The gear icon allows me to delete that camera even though it is not physically connected to anything. -

I had a defective camera that Reolink replaced under warranty. When I connected it to the NVR I had the ability to "replace" an existing camera, which is why you see two cameras with the same name (but one is disconnected.)
I never used the Windows or Android app to do this, I used a mouse connected directly to the NVR. And in the NVR's view on a television, there is no name for channel 7 and 8 since no cameras are connected.
I am also running the latest non-beta versions of the Reolink app on my phone and desktop computer as well. -

@bbugaski_390328908112013 Hello?

@bbugaski_390328908112013 To reset the names of the cameras, you can try to delete the NVR and then add it back to the Client.

@reolink-fiona THANK YOU. This did the trick as you recommended. Removed NVR from both my Android Reolink App as well as the Windows Reolink App, re-added them, and channels 7 and 8 are no longer attached to any cameras which are no longer used with my system. Perfect, THANK YOU!
