Very curious about this progress. I have been mostly happy with the 8mp image quality of the 811a camera, but this does look much better.
I am assuming clarity of finer details is also much better?

I seem to remember some reviews of the 1212 cameras not being as good as the 811 ones. The reviews were several months old so perhaps firmware updates have made this worthwhile? I'm getting ready to purchase a new Reolink system with NVR and had intended to go with the 811 cameras. Perhaps I need to take a 2nd look at the 12Mp cameras.
