Can say that for anyone looking for a versatile battery camera, this one is fantastic. I have positioned in a high traffic area of cars, people and dogs and have had no issues
with battery life from the supplied panel.
highly recommend to anyone!!!

unfortunantly lots of companies go down this path, start with a great innovation and then turn to cost cutting and reduction in service quality. They still make a profit but never realise if they tried a little bit harder it could be so much better.
I have been advised there will be more on the professional series soon, but my guess will be great hardware with a sub standard software rollout... sadly.

is your DSL router broadcasting 2.5Ghz and 5Ghz signals either together or separate?
if they are joined together some devices wont auto reconnect and separating the 2 networks can resolve this issue.
Im using the RLC-510w and live in a rural area where always get power and internet outages. I have never had a reconnect
issue since ive separated my wifi networks on any reolink camera or other devices.

@joseph_1979 yes that is correct. Im waiting to confirm if the included sim includes cloud access or if is extra fee.
I will post here when I have confirmed further details.
I can say though, the included sim does work great where I am, havent confirmed which provider though here in Australia.
