@faasio82_480971996033257 Im running 4.29.08 and have found to be the most reliable so far. no issues on multiple devices-Running multiple wireless and POE cameras no issue.have disable hardware acceleration however, but have needed that off to work for the last few versions.
@reolink-fiona Have updated and so far working well Also updated the new client v8.8.2
@nomahisssss_477125106348271 I believe this has been used in some marketing materials to date, so I think it is something coming soon.
@gsieben_265907787661543 The problem appears to be a conflict or compatibility with some graphics cards. If you can turn off hardware decoding that should fix it.Latest Beta version link below:https://community.reolink.com/topic/3746/client-v8-8-0-beta-test-finally-the-time-lapse-function-on-the-client
I may have missed a announcement for this but appears a new Windows & Mac client has been updated to V8.8.2 as at 13th OctDownload here: https://reolink.com/software-and-manual/Change list:-Showed user type on Live View, Playback, and Download screens-Allowed users to set up retention days of video footage recorded to the NVR-Added an option to (not) show battery usage stats
@burkm_172321696190677 If there is no new firmware available for a camera since its release then there will be none listed on the firmware download section.Support do have BETA firmwares and sometimes a newer release that is not yet published. I have been pushing them to ensurethe latest firmwares are made available straight away from the download section.
@user_667513685061740_667513685061740 I dont believe you can, but submit your clips to support as they are working on detection adding detection of more animals.
App has landed in Australia, working fine so far, no issues - running on Samsung s21 and s21 ultra (Hardware decoding off)
@railfan-arizona_485965826351268 I havent used this camera so unaware of what updates it has had. That being said I have had numerous cameras have updates that dont get published to the website for some unknown reason and have requested them via support. I have no idea why they do this but I have placed numerous requests with support to make sure the websiteis up to date. So far they obviously havent listened so I will keep requesting it.
My PC Client just updated to official V8.11.0 from V8.10. Updated via the clientI cant confirm if this will fix peoples issues with the last 2 versions as I wasnt experiencing those issuesmyself. So far this is working for me and will report back if I have any issues.Below is the update list provided:
@reolink-fiona So far this has been a very impressive overall setup. Highly recommend
@maxm No update that I know off, but send an email to support as they may have something available
New Windows client is available V8.14.2. Have only seen listed as bug fixes and improvements to user experience.
@reolink-fiona Solar generation is excellent, specially in warmer areas with good daylight. There does seem to be a lot of interest for solar in colder areas with short days and the trackmix plusis a great step in that direction.Well done to Reolink for the continual research and development.Software wise is getting better too.
@user_746623229407444_746623229407444 I have contacted support, even for a Beta test, and still estimating end of Feb but nothing official yet.
@aleweu547567780 I also would like this. I have cameras in 5 different property locations and so far my best solutionis to reorder them in property order, but grouping would be better
Well done everyone. Hopefully we all can keep working together to improve the overall Reolink experience!!
@chopstix_887064913674433 Also see if adjusting the anti-flicker settings works. I had a similiar issue previously that this caused this issue, unsure why though.
