Sorry to say that Reolink replied to me on this and said they don't support this hardware anymore. You just have to replace them. Good luck.

Sometimes when it comes to FREE email providers such as Hotmail, there is some security policy that will restrict from receiving further emails that originate from an unknown/suspicious source.

Your house router is connected to your ISP provider that provides you DHCP ip address and when it leased ip expired, you will get a new ip address and thus when your IPC is trying to send out email notification with the new ip address from your router, Hotmail will flag it.

Usually, when this happens, Hotmail will send you an email to ask for your acknowledgment of this. Once you acknowledge it, you will then start receiving email notifications from your IPC again.

I think if you flash the lastest Firmware for your 4MP IPCs u will be able to get the similar FTP recording structure as the 5MP.

The latest update of the Reolink app v4.8.1.1 allows me to stream in Clear mode without the previous 2 seconds gap!

Am I seeing something or is this TRUE?

I would like to suggest to have the 3 blue dots at the middle top to auto hide after certain number of seconds so that it does not obstructs my live video feed.
