RE: RLC-423 PTZ Issue
I got the strong feelings towards the lack of power supplying to your IPC.
You need to make sure your IPC is getting at least 22W of power for PTZ to function properly. -
Suggestion: Allow to set the font size of the timestamp and label
Hi,
I would like to suggest to have a feature to allow changing the font size of the timestamp and label in the next firmware/app update.
Keep up the good work guys!
Thank You. -
RE: h264 player?
Simply by updating the firmware will get you sorted out.

Anyone know of a good Powerline Adapter with POE IEEE 802.3at feature as well?

RE: Firmware Upgrade Brings FastForward?
Hi,
I am too keen to know how to use this feature.
From what I understand, this is a FIRMWARE release, so it should be the web-based feature.
A few screenshots of how to use this feature would be appreciated. -
RE: RLC-410S not powering up anymore

RLC-410S not powering up anymore
Hi,
I have used the camera for just about a month and it has now stop working.
I have it connected to the POE Passive Injectors with 12V 2A Power Supply.
I have probed the power supply which is still supplying 12V, which rules out the power supply fault.
What else can cause the camera from not powering up anymore? -
RE: FTP failed to continue recording to my external SDCARD when full
Just want to add one more observation on my /var/log/vsftpd.log; whenever it gets full, I don't see any FTP command DELETE send over to the FTP Server to request to remove the earliest video file before uploading the latest one.
So could this be the root cause of the problem that the REOLINK firmware did not issue the DEL command to the FTP Server before uploading to a FULL hard disk? -
RE: FTP failed to continue recording to my external SDCARD when full
Can I know any updates on this?
Could this be my vsftpd.conf setup incorrectly?
Cuz I just ran this over with external HDD instead and still it's reporting the same issue of unable to continue uploading after it is FULL. -
RE: rlc-423 Poe problem
For me, I am using POE Passive Injectors as attached.
And they work fine over 20 meters length.

RE: rlc-423 Poe problem
Reolink RLC-410S of mine requires to be 12VDC @ 2A, that equates to 24W.
But, from the spec, it only takes the Max. Load of 5.8W which is more than enough for me.
So, I would like to stress that Reolink IPC takes in 12V, not 48V. -
RE: rlc-423 Poe problem
I got the feeling that the supplied output current is insufficient to your ipc.

RE: FTP failed to continue recording to my external SDCARD when full
Since both of us reported to have this problem, I think this is potentially an issue that needs further attention.

FTP failed to continue recording to my external SDCARD when full
Hi,
I have setup my Ubuntu OS to mount to my external thumbdrive to it for FTP upload of video footage.
However, when the SDCARD is full, it is unable to continue overwritting it anymore.
