Hi,I just received a new unit of RLC-420 yesterday and it's running with the 170830 fw.And yes, why is the website is providing 170615?
Please have this feature in!Thanks.
Hi Bob,Can I know how do you insert the 64GB micro-SD card to the unit? Thanks.
Thanks for letting know!
I totally agreed!!!!Lately it has been raining over here and it triggers the email notifications every minutes to my GMAIL and Google eventually locked my email account for 24 hours due to hammering of emails.
Hi,Yes, this is something I am also looking forward to; to have the ability to digital zoom on the Livestream within the Web Browser.Hope the next firmware will provide this neat feature.
Hi,To help on (1) issue, you need to provide us the firmware version and the desktop client you were seeing this problem. To answer (2) issue, if you have selected PAL, then you only get 25fps. NTSC is using 30fps.To partially answer (3), yes, there is such options to view multiple cameras at once. But maybe Bob will provide you the guides on where to look for that later To answer (4), again, tell us what Operating System version (e.g. Windows 7 32-bit?, Windows 8 64-bit? etc) you are seeing this issue with?
Yes, I have to admit the night video are really grainy.Hope next firmware update will focus on improving in this area.
I think for that you will need to use the REOLINK NVR.For me, I am contend with using File Manager to navigate to the files/folders.
Hmmm, I used to have this problem with mapped drive on my Linux box. The problem I faced was that I was symbolic link the mapped drive and turns out it's not recording to that mapped drive, instead it was recording to my local drive! But again, yours might be slightly different case.
I would love to help but without any logging info, it's hard to find the root cause here.Do you run Linux on your NAS system? If so, maybe /var/log/syslog will give you some idea what is going on.I am not a Windows person, so I do no know what is the log file that can show similar thing.Anyone can help?
There is no limit setting on the Reolink client.Another assumption I could think of is that the leased IP address to your NAS has expired after 2 days and thus your camera can't send recording to it.
Is the storage fulled?
Bob and the REOLINK dev team,You make my day!
Well, high possibility that your POE+ switch is a way to configure it to join your other network?
This is weird, I own an RLC-410 as well and I don't face this problem.Could you tell us what firmware you using on this IPC?
Hi,the time.nist.gov might not be the closest NTP server to your region. So, it would be good to find the closest NTP server.Alternatively, like you said, set up one internal NTP server and connect all your IPC to it.
Well said!I can understand your situation as I was once before in this line. So, no pressure there!Take it easy and yes, the programmers are the ones we need to convince them to provide the features or to fix bugs.Personally, as a programmer myself, I opt more for bug fixing rather than features....lol.Just my 2 cents.
