@user_752416289910961_752416289910961 If this is your primordial requirement then I suggest you to find a camera with License plate recognition. There are plenty of such cameras but a bit expensive.
@user_639868941582417_639868941582417 Good to hear that.
@user_736098558853348_736098558853348 If you don't want alert from certain areas, just set a non-detection area. For instance my neighbour parks her car opposite my house and so I set a non-detection zone. Once you tune the setting to your environment, you will forget it. Just a bit of patience as for all other things in our life. It’s advised to set it less sensitive during the night in case you receive unwanted false alarms/recordings.
@hinerakatauri_751665281798342 I do forward suggestions and ideas and as I stated, it's their decision and strategy on what to implement and improve. I am a customer like you.
@big_ted Ted, this is a beta firmware which has been pushed on a number of members who have provided their UID to test out. This improves the echo cancellation for two way audio. Compiled on 7th August.
@user_711725607157890_711725607157890 I cited two camera suppliers which implemented this using VOIP calling. Give me a camera supplier which has implemented the method you have described? There are reasons why they use VOIP. In this world a lot of information is available on the Internet and one can learn SIP (SIP-T) as any other protocol used in Telco networks like ISUP, TCAP, SCCP, SCTP, BICC, CAMEL, INAP, Q931, QSIG, h.248, h.323, Diameter, DTAP, BSSAP, RANAP, MAP, and many more. If you have the motivation to learn, you have all the information to learn by yourself. I started to work on SIP since the first release of SER and have implemented IMS networks including Volte.
@vfxwolf_668981017202794 Just follow the instructions cited in this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026209593-How-to-adjust-device-order-via-Reolink-App/?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI2daipY7rggMVyjwGAB0UbgVKEAAYASAAEgJkDfD_BwE
@user_711725607157890_711725607157890 See how Wyze and Arlo implemented this.......through VOIP call.
@user_711725607157890_711725607157890 You need the smartphone to ring as otherwise you will be missing the rich message notification (with the possibility you described).
@user_760471719375079_760471719375079 You're welcome. If you need anything which I can help just text me here.
@tobie_123_439581789864114 As stated I am not the product owner and so I have answered based on my engineering experience. Customers who don't use RTSP won't get the issue and if it will restart it will be unnoticeable. Hope that they solve the issue and the most important is to add the possibility of a call out when the button is pressed. There is a moderator who stated that his doorbell has been upgraded to v 2555. See the title. Check out yours. .
@user_736098558853348_736098558853348 Can you increase the alarm delay to 1s or 2 s? From the Reolink download center check that your TrackMix has the most recent fw. I had the same issue and lately I have upgraded the fw and saw great imporvement.
@tobie_123_439581789864114 I guess that the camera gets overheated and the CPU restarts. I have asked two customers to issue pings and when RTSP drops, there is no ping response. Maybe the heat dissipation is not enough and I asked Reolink to delve further on this issue. I didn't get any feedback. They know the product and they must come with a solution.
@user_763449755173091_763449755173091 How many have personal email servers? Supplier aim at provided to solution for most of its customers and not for a few.
@user_763449755173091_763449755173091 I suggest you to submit your request on https://support.reolink.com/requests/
@jorgeere123_502315057340666 For POE NVR there is no limit unless the NVR is connected to the LAN port of the router. This link shows you how to add WIFI cams to POE NVR. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004346714-How-to-Make-Reolink-WiFi-Cameras-Work-with-Reolink-PoE-NVRs/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAvJarBhA1EiwAGgZl0IwoV7iL7fNo5LwgPueiW1ENGIXc3rnQFqlALLQmwVtW03GDtttwUBoCC-0QAvD_BwE

@benm_393766597456026 Did you try on MAC or Windows?
@benm_393766597456026 if you use the Android application, do you see the time lapse?
@benm_393766597456026 It does support time lapse as stated in https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900002907866-Which-Cameras-Support-Time-Lapse/
