@user_828616743243981_828616743243981 I suggest you to forward your request to support on support @ reolink . com . Provide as much information as possible backed up with video recordings.
@zackster Check that you didn't change any setting in streams resolution. Do as my friend told you a reboot from the application. If this doesn't help do a restore.
@johnny2064_368119747915946 Send your request to support on support @ reolink . com. Only in single cam view you can opt to see the wide angle only.
@kimchigun Correct.
@septembro_981870812057820 You can share individual cameras which are not directly connected to the NVR. Let's consider the WIFI cams. Using Reolink application, add a guest account on the camera and share this account with the UID of the camera.
@lafunamor thanks for the feedback. Nice to hear that you are happy with the product.
@kimchigun Thanks buddy.
@bill-doria From the channel/channel management, can you check the channel number assigned to the garage camera? I don't have an NVR but rather the Home Hub Pro.@KimchiGUN Hello buddy. Do you have time to check the filename of the file ftped by the NVR to a remote server?
@wolfgang_957647024242913 If your cameras are connected to your WIFI network, you could delete them and add them to the new Home Hub (HH) through their UID (from info menu).So connect them to your reolink client running on your smartphone and then move them to the HH. Note that before connecting the cams to the HH, you need to configure the cam to record events onto the SD inserted in the camera. If you fail to do this then it will not record on the internal SD.
@westgate I can understand you and it happens to me when I replace something and I lose a functionality which I was accustom to use. What I can say is to request support. The more requests they get the more we see it implemented.
@bill-doria Did you check whether you have the most recent fw on the NVR? You can check this from their Reolink Download Center. Ensure that you select the version of your NVR.Can you set the NVR to generate subfolders by camera name? Inside the folder you should find files with filename camera_name_channel_no_date_time.mp4
@lafunamor Thanks to update us. This fw hasn't been finalised and so it is not available to the public. Anyhow enjoy the event history and if you see any issue please email support on support @ reolink . com providing screenshots and info to help them improve the software.
@westgate Did you follow KimchiGUN suggestion to get back the cams?
@nick_2679293511 I have the Home Hub Pro and it records in both fluent and clear mode. Just click on the icon (low or high) and you get the high res playback.
@chopstix so you know French too...or Google translate. I learnt French and it's my fav foreign language.
@bill-doria Try to use ftp from the individual cameras.
@kimchigun Try to use the new software.
@kimchigun Good luck buddy... check the new software too.
@chopstix Motivate him and give him best education.
@septembro_981870812057820 With standard NVR setups, you generally can't share individual cameras connected directly to the NVR. It's an "all or nothing" share. This is because the NVR considers them as one device.However, if the camera is not under the control of the NVR since it is not plugged directly into it, then you shall have two instances of the camera, one under the NVR (assuming you've added it to the NVR) and one standalone. You can't share the NVR one by itself but you can share the standalone one.
