@reolink-cam_813700743893181 Checking fw from the application doesn't work at all as you will always get that the camera is running the most recent. For battery cams you have to email support citing your hw and fw versions. For POE and plug-in WIFI you have to check the fw at their Reolink Download Center.

Switching to WIFI band is available on non-battery WIFI cams and you can lock the band too.

@dubdub_975671417659618 i will still uninstall and install OBS and will only create the source. You should see the camera view on OBS screen. Check also that you are receiving the UDP packets using Wireshark.

@alan_325 You should have deleted it from the client and add it through its UID. If this doesn't work then switch off/on the router and any access point.

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Hello friend. I am super fine and hope you are on the same wavelength. I had the E1 Zoom 4K and initially it used to deviate from its guard position similar to the E1 OD. This was fixed by a fw upgrade which added frequent camera calibrations. I have been telling them to improve the software which is lagging compared to their competitors. I just upgraded the Windows Client and had to revert back to the previous version.

@redbrook_941025623470274 If you deleted the cloud plan then you can easily remove the binding. Just delete camera from application and then add it again. No configuration is lost.

@user_944709753348230_944709753348230 During daylight it does pick from long distance but during the night the detection range is much reduced. This is due to the IR lights which is limited to 40ft. You may add an external IR illuminator.
