@varghese_73746176557 You need add an exception to Reolink application in the Google FI. Go to Google Fi> Privacy & Security. Make sure Protect your online activity is on. Choose Show More Details > Advanced CPN settings. Choose add an exception, then find and select Reolink from the list of apps installed. Once it has been added, you should be able to access your cams live stream.

@nacster_527951104307346 If it was one of the many applications I have written I have already fixed it. I don't know what to say and can fully understand you. Try to roll back to a version which has less issues. And if you don't have it then email support to forward you a copy.8.8.5 is a 32 bit application and this is not deleted when upgrading to 8.10.3. Just run the reolink.exe in C:\Program Files (x86) but you have to add each camera using the UID as the configuration is placed in a different location.
@bzimpfer_627704403059286 Should be fairly easy............Fibre ONT ethernet port to the WAN port of the WIFI router. Ethernet port of NVR to the Ethernet port of the WIFI router. Uplink ethernet port of the POE switch to the other ethernet port of the WIFI router......and connect POE cameras to the POE ports of the POE switch. Ensure you have DHCP enabled on WIFI router so cameras and NVR get their IP from the WIFI router. In this way you are also able to access the cameras directly by the Android/IoS client without logging on the NVR. But configuration should be through the NVR.
@ranweb_692614897623207 Yes, it can be purchased separately. Plan how many cameras you intend to connect.
@crimp-on_62210811129 So in 8.10.3 they brought back the full screen icon. However, it still has the issue of the stream resolution defaulting to FLUENT irrespective of what resolution you have set it previously. This occurs only if the pc running the client is connected on a network other than that to which the cameras are connected to.
@bkortega_309746439942290 Good to hear that. Which model?
@ed_682671253913811 From the error code I knew what was the issue. Note that I am not an employee of Reolink but a customer like you :). I am here to give my support based on my engineering and software skills...give me thumb up so I will have a Christmas gift....ha ha ha joking.Good to know you are now streaming.... if you have a nice stream...share it here.
@ks I fully agree but this is the reality. To be first on the market. I go through this with a lot of well known suppliers....equipment running in millions of Euros.
@ks There are but they refrain from upgrading.........it's working so don't bother to upgrade. Recall that upgrades bring new problems. The days when suppliers used to spend long period of testing have gone.......release and we will fix when customers complain.
@ks If this re-occurs then roll back to 8.8.5. I am on 8.10.3 and have an issue with the stream mode resolution, always defaulting to Fluent. I informed support to fix it but they told me that they cannot give any date when this shall be fixed.
@ks There is the 8.10.3..........and in this they have added the full screen icon at the bottom right hand side. So you had this issue also on the 8.8.5?Presumably you have installed all Win updates.
@ks on all the reolink processes. It opens 5 processes. Which Reolink version you are running?
@bfeliciano_416958891729142 We hope to have a new client to bring back the stretch mode.
@ks Would you be able to grant higher priority and check again. Task Manager--->Detail--->find processes reolink.exe.......right click and set priority.....say high or above normal. I am running this beta for a number of days and have no mem issue. I can see that you have a lot of services running on your PC.You can use the Windows 'perfmon' to monitor the mem usage and leaks by including the counters pool nonpaged/paged bytes and usage of paging file.
@ed_682671253913811 So the peer is receiving the RTSP request but refusing connectivity. Ensure you have the RTSP enable. Go to the PC Client>>Network settings>>Advanced>>Network Ports to enable the RTSP ports. Ensure you have the latest firmware installed. I would still email support to check whether you have the latest one. sometimes the ones shown in the download center are not the latest. Of course the credentials are never dumped in logs.Previously there was the possibility to see (netstat) which ports are open by exporting the diagnostic log but this has been removed.
@user_692258092847314_692258092847314 You may hide it in a small plastic junction box near the solar panel.
@user_692173041451191_692173041451191 It's fairly easy. The 8.8.5 is still in your PC under C:\Program Files (x86) since this is a 32bit application. The 8.10.2 is 64bit and is installed under C:\Program Files. Just run reolink.exe and add the cameras again.
@md Small correction. You need to have a cloud account if you wish to have the rich message notification on KEEN Ranger Pt and Video doorbell WIFI models.
@bphammon_407305005134019 I am a member of the community.@Fiona Can you please check with your support department what is the max SD supported by RLC-520 and RLC-410? I found out from specs that these can take SD with max capacity of 64G.
