@philmarion_266783024070796 Camera can only be connected to one WIFI network but accessible from multiple WIFI/LAN/Mobile networks. Recall there is a limitation on the number of users/accounts.

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I can fully understand your frustration and one should be provided with the product and service he/she has purchased. Unfortunately this is not always the case and despite we do out utmost to fight for our rights we are never given what is rightful to us. At the same time one should ensure that this shall in no way affect the daily life and we should move on. We have a cerebellum to think and opt for better methods and products. As already stated I am a customer like you and have requested myriads of fabulous features but rarely they have been implemented. They know their priorities and recall our mentality is totally different from other continents. My motto is never to give up and pester people until what they have to deliver is delivered in accordance to agreements/specs. I dealt with big business people on projects running into millions of Euros and I wouldn't issue payments until they deliver what has been agreed in the contract. What is mine is mine and what is yours is yours.Life changed by 180 degrees. Before we used to test and re-test and spent a lot of time in planning. And the product would be nearly bug free. Today they develop and put it into service and we will fix when we have time. I have engineers who just graduated and join the team. They are really ZERO. As for the android v4.50.0, I still have choppy audio if I leave it for more than 3 min and they changed the filter....now you need to select. Previous layout was by far better. I tell them we are not after cosmetics (these are for the ladies) but for new features we have requested. Here and at Reddit there should be a Reolink SKILLFUL person who shall be replying ot requests and providing feedback and ideas to the dev team. Moderators....like me.....we reply based on our knowledge we gained through experience and universities. But we have no inside of the software and product. For me this is a peanut and I have entities more complicated than this....this is like a bolt in an engine :). Enjoy life and don't let others affect your life.Note: I had to submit this 5 times and it has been accepted after I deleted some ....... Nobody checks for any error or how to enhance the website. You cannot include URL either and even emails. On Reddit there is no issue and you can post as much as you need and there are numerous of members who are experienced and sometimes I challenge them to make the argument more interesting. I do this for fun and nothing else despite I am busy.

@user_878468653088915_878468653088915 you need at least 12Mbps upload if you shall be viewing one camera at a time. I have 1G/250Mbps at home. Despite this bandwidth there might be issues with the application such as choppy audio which I am experiencing on the new Android client 4.50.0.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 indeed..she used to answer some queries. She has been promoted.I just installed the Android client v4.50.0 and the audio seems to be degraded. It's choppy at high resolution. I saw a similar complaint on Reddit.
