@blutarsky_820930337951966 If you have the recent Android or Win client, enable motion tagging and play the videos in Clear mode. You shall see the object which has triggered the camera. Try to disable 'others' or 'any motion' and base your detection on AI objects.
@roy_779160530669712 Try to follow the procedure outlined at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037976953-How-to-Add-Reolink-Cameras-to-Amazon-Alexa/
@ml_812798949916887 Depends. If the PIR is triggered then recording should start. But there are times where you are watching a live view and the object crosses its FOV but doesn't trigger the PIR. Under this scenario there will be no recording even though in the live view there is person detection. It's the algorithm which is processing what the camera lens is seeing.
@securinet That's because you have a battery operated cam as otherwise it is possible to send email with video.
@securinet nobody succeeded of getting abd decrypting the files from the icloud.
@domkal_775112654221518 It is still not working as expected and the last update I received from support was that they are working on an improvement. I have no idea of what they shall improve and when it shall be available. Now we are on the fifth month since their statement. As I stated to work as expected they have to go to the drawing board and implement it using VOIP.
@securinet So far there isn't. But the email implementation is quite easy.
@securinet Never heard of anyone asking for such an integration. Maybe you can send an email to an application which can send it to whatsapp. But Whatsapp is an end to end application and need a whatsapp client at both endpoints.What I suggest you is to have a common email account (eg gmail) and send the Email alert with picture from the camera to this common email account. Add this email to your smartphone email account.Alternatively send the email with picture to pushover and use pushover group feature to send it to all members within the group.
@columbus_506595351928971 try to email support on support(@)reolink(dot)com. They will definitely answer within 24 hours.
@user_817957934338227_817957934338227 Try to add your request at Reddit Reolink. I don't use Synology.
@user_820309466443999_820309466443999 I have never streaned to YouTube using obs and currently busy and have no time to try out. I suggest you to put your request on Reddit Reolink where you will find customers who did that.
@markemily_759439911620779 Yes you can as long as it is on the same network as the NVR.
@reolink_476567443320997 I have already submitted my request to let us use the clear mode in multiview when client and cameras are on the same network. They passed the request to dev team but never got further feedback. If client is on an external network, I can understand it. They make use of 3rd party services which they pay for.
@user_818925137264881_818925137264881 you're welcome.

@markemily_759439911620779 re:Argus 3 Ultra you can save the video on SD or cloud (there is a limit on length). Note that you cannot have continuous recording on battery operated cams. On the doorbell, you can save it to SD, cloud, ftp or streaming onvif/rtsp to an HA/BI, etc.
@wannabe-farms_809012976083135 Have a look at the link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/9480345752473-Getting-Started-with-Argus-Eco/

@connellb_322777373483187 Just copy folder AppData\Roaming\reolink and you won't lose anything.
@gaven_507857660539110 Better so that they have more feedback from us.
