Hi, there. May l know if have you connected the Trackmix to NVR? If so, the telephoto lens is temporarily unavailable in the app when the camera is connected to the NVR. Our engineers are still working on the new software.

If you use the Trackmix separately, can you see the icon indicated by the arrow in the picture below? Please make sure you have the latest version of App.

What's RLC-81MA? 
RLC-81MA is a PoE camera with a dual-lens array for a slightly different purpose. The 2.8mm wide-angle lens provides wider viewing angles, and the 8mm telephoto lens is dedicated to zooming into the central subject.

• As the name indicates, "8" means 8MP, and "M" denotes this camera with a mixed lens. The "A" means it supports the AI function.

Why Dual-Lens bullet-type camera? 
Compared to our 510A or 810A camera, this camera gives you a larger field of view to help you take care of more uncovered areas of the front and back yards. What's more? It's also a budget-friendly camera.

Why we made fisheye camera?

1. Panoramic Surveillance: The ability to offer 360 ° panoramic perspectives of the area they are monitoring in a single view while a traditional wide-angle lens gives you a field of view of around 70-120°.
You can see the expanded distortion-free view through Reolink App/Client/NVR.
2. Discreet: The fisheye camera is small compared to our other product, making it a useful tool if discreet surveillance is preferred over the apparent deterrent that bullet cameras can provide.
3. Cost-effective: To get panoramic coverage of your facility. If bullet cameras were to be used, three or four might have to be installed to provide the same level of coverage.

You can consider other models like RLC-811A(2.7-13.5mm lens) or Trackmix PoE(f=2.8mm@F=1.6，f=8mm@F=1.6 lens).
