The only way to upgrade is to download the latest version from our site, https://reolink.com/us/software-and-manual/.We are planning to allow auto-upgrade in a future version update. @mail_490016591929474 Hello Marcus, there is a slight difference in the chips between the hardware ver. IPC_515SD6 and the IPC_515BSD6. However, all of their features and functions are the same.You may find the firmware for your camera in Download Center, https://reolink.com/download-center/. Click on WiFi Security Cameras, scroll down to find E1 Zoom, and click on Firmware.Next, click on the down arrow button and choose the second v3.0.0.716 on the list. You will find the latest firmware for your camera with hardware IPC_515BSD6. Hope this helps.

May I know if the UIDs of your 411WS and 410WS cameras start with XCP?To improve software performance, we have developed a new Client framework since v8.10.4. However, the new framework may also bring connection issues for the XCP devices and the new Client due to hardware incompatibility. For the best security experience for your cameras, we recommend that you keep using Client v8.8.x or below. Hope this helps.

I have confirmed with development that users cannot set up detection zone for Others on any cameras with smart detection feature. This is because the built-in smart detection algorithm can only locate the position of human, cars, and pets and decide whether to trigger an alert when these objects are in or out the detection zones.For any other objects, the algorithm can neither make a judgement accroding to their shapes nor determine if an alert shall be issued. That's why users cannot set up a detection zone for "Others". Hope this helps.

@ben-weltevrede_490125244154035 Hi Ben, to avoid quick battery drainage, we have removed the access to our battery cameras, including the Argus 3 Pro, from a web browser. It is best to access the Argus 3 Pro camera via the Reolink mobile app or desktop app.Also, please do not change the settings when you get the page after typing in the camera's IP address. Or else, it will result in potential damages to the camera. Hope this helps.
@vantuckyk_724136068518042 I am sorry that this is how the app designed to work now.If a user taps on a new notification within 2 mins, he/she will be directed to the live view. After 2 minutes, users will be directed to the recorded videos as it take 1-2 mins for the camera and app to generate the videos. However, we are now working on the improvements of the push notification and video playback experience. These improvements will be available within 2 months. Stay tuned for the updates.

@myreolink_533265780207845 Thank you for reaching out. You are correct that the RLN8 NVR is limited to 8 channels for recording and by adding another PoE camera, you have fully used all the channels. And you don't need to connect another PoE camera directly to your NVR. As long as the camera is connected to the same LAN, it will get an IP from your home's subnet. Hope this helps.
