@ben-weltevrede_490125244154035 Hi Ben, to avoid quick battery drainage, we have removed the access to our battery cameras, including the Argus 3 Pro, from a web browser. It is best to access the Argus 3 Pro camera via the Reolink mobile app or desktop app. Also, please do not change the settings when you get the page after typing in the camera's IP address. Or else, it will result in potential damages to the camera. Hope this helps.
@user_722475361472675_722475361472675 Hello there, thank you a lot for the detailed suggestions. We will add a distinguishable sound for visitor(actual doorbell) when someone presses the doorbell button in next app verison 4.40. This will help you distinguish the visitor notifications from other movements. Also, we are working on the improvement of the scene mode, which will be helpful for notification schedule customization. When the improved version is released, we will let you know.
@tenback_266134903410848 Not sure if we can add some holiday ringtone to the doorbell at the moment. But you will be able to record a voice message via the phone app and set up the doorbell to play the voicemail.
@user_630673173327926_630673173327926 Most of smart non-battery cameras with an A in their names, such as 510A and 823A, support AI detection notifications via CGI commands or ONVIF pull-point. You may upgrade your cameras with the latest firmware here: https://reolink.club/3OdJtYAAlso, we are testing some firmware with webhook support. If you have any cameras with an A in their names, feel free to contact our support and try out the webhook feature.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/

@jasonmckay-117_247484246499502 We don't have any DVR systems. If you are referring to the NVR systems, we would love to clarify that our NVR systems are not developed with java programming language. We don't apply anything from log4j to the development of our NVR systems. That is why Fiona said none of our devices, including the cameras and NVR systems, are affected by the lpg4j vulnerabilities. Hope this clarifies.
@kpb_459314713632931 Yep, there is a doorbell coming soon! And it will come with an indoor chime. Stay tuned!
Hello @tbcsignup_467191114207442, as @Crimp-On_62210811129 says, the settings are kept on the cameras themselves. You can just install the Reolink Client on the new computer and add all the cameras to the app. Hope this helps.
