  • Like the title says. Camera is set to record at 30/fps. When I check the properties of a video clip I downloaded it says it has 8/fps. In my opinion the video does not look like it's at 30/fps. Thoughts? Thanks. Capture.png Capture1.png

  • I have a RLC 410 and a RLC411WS. I would like to ftp a fixed image (snapshot) on intervals. (1 every two minutes or so) to a FTP sever. Is this possible and is it possible to name this file so it replaces the last uploaded file? Thanks.

  • I admin 2 16ch NVR's at 2 houses, both on the latest firmware build 1607050 and the NTP settings will not work. When I click Synchronize it says "NTP setting fail". Settings are: pool.ntp.org Port 123

  • If I change a setting using the web GUI and click on save, audio is not recorded anymore. The checkbox for "Record Audio" is un-ticked by default if you click save. See attachements. Encode.png Record-Audio.png

  • Hello, Previous to getting a NVR (RLN8-410, build 1609240) I was recording using the Reolink Client (V7.1.2.40) on windows 10 and really liked the pre-record feature. Once I installed the NVR, I continued to also record with the Reolink Client to compare behavior. I do have pre-record turned on on

  • From the online manual I read "Electronic Shutter Speed Auto/Manual 1/50 ~ 1/10000" How does this translate to the webGUI? If you go to "Advanced Settings -> Shutter" you can enter a value of 0 ~ 125. Totally unclear to me how these values relate to each other.

  • Can the subject line for email alerts be changed? I'd like to set up a filter in gmail for multiple Reolink cameras. Since gmail uses the subject line to group emails in a conversation, filtering by camera name doesn't work.

  • The Camera is really fine and works well, but when i move from one position to the next one in cruise mode, the motion detection fail returning to me an alert (it start recording). but is a useless functionality if my speed is high, is possible to disable motion detection while the camera is moving

  • Hello, I have an RLC-422 where I use the HTTP URL to get a JPEG snapshot every 10 seconds. After doing this for several hours, the snapshot feature stops working. It just returns 400 FAILED instead of a jpeg. If I reboot the camera, it starts working again. The live video via web page still
