  • Hi, I just got a 410, and have been pretty impressed. I'm on a Mac and connect to the camera via Chrome and Safari. Only minor gripe that I have is that in Safari, I get a "Download Flash" button in the video viewer. I don't have Flash installed and Chrome on the same Mac works just fine. This tells

  • As the title states - I'm not able to turn motion detection on or off in PC client software 7.2.2.7 on my RLC-411WS or RLC-410WS. I installed / uninstalled it several times. Windows 10 PC. Rolling back to previous version client software restores that feature. Does anyone else have this problem?

  • Sine I upgraded both my RLC-422’s to: IPC_3816M.476_16111705.ov4689.4MP.AF.REOLINK_RLC-422 The stream type in Encode is stuck on Fluent, Q720p what ever I change the settings to and save it reverts back on both cameras. See screenshot Please advise. DG Screen-Shot-2016-12-10-at-07.49.20.pn

  • Suggestions for the app - allow a way to configure the audio notification on push notifications for motion alerts - fix the spelling of "alart" :) - is saving a captured clip (captured onto the camera'a local SD card) supported? I've not figured out how to do this if so. If not, please add.

  • I did not know that this was primarily a phone thing. I don't own a (cell)phone nor will I. I found a Windows client on this site but it asks me to setup on phone. What the heck? Also, Why does it appear that the receiving device and the camera needs to be on the same network? I am sure it really is

  • Hello, I have 2 RLC-411WS cameras and im trying to use your desktop client to view them. question when clicking on the play button i cannot select the clear mode its grayed out , only balanced fluent and auto are selectable. am i missing something? i want to view the cameras at the highest quality

  • Hi, I would like to see the REOLINK Client to keep my Android screen to stay ON while it's still open. Currently, it will turn off the screen after the idle timeis up, that I set in the Android Display Settings.
