  • RLK8-410B4 i have read everything and directions on Reolink website for updating firmware- downloaded firmware to Windows PC- see files that have downloaded (.pac file???). I am very technology challenge. Someone please help with a simple process to help an old guy that doesn't have a clue! Please!

  • I have a Hikvision NVR it works fine with motion on Dahua and Hikvision camera. I see the Reolink camera on the NVR but it doesn't record when set to record on motion. It say the camera doesn't support motion. Is there some setting I'm not configuring?

  • Hello Anyone got an honest opinion even if I've made a mistake in my choice of NVR. The camera works fine on a plugin POE injector using the client and email alerts on the mac and my iphone. But when I plug the camera into the HIKVISION, the camera disappears and can't be found on Reolink/HIKVIS
