  • I can connect fine when I'm on wifi, but as soon as I leave the house, I can't connect. Remote connections worked fine when I initially set it up, but all of a sudden it won't connect. I tried adding/removing the device from the app and that didn't help.

  • As the title states - I'm not able to turn motion detection on or off in PC client software 7.2.2.7 on my RLC-411WS or RLC-410WS. I installed / uninstalled it several times. Windows 10 PC. Rolling back to previous version client software restores that feature. Does anyone else have this problem?

  • Suggestions for the app - allow a way to configure the audio notification on push notifications for motion alerts - fix the spelling of "alart" :) - is saving a captured clip (captured onto the camera'a local SD card) supported? I've not figured out how to do this if so. If not, please add.
