strange that the reolink desktop app (was 8.3.1) was showing "you already have the actual version installed" when pressing button to check for update and 8.5.1 is already available...
but there is a big problem: ..it is not possible to see a split screen remotely (i.e. 4,6,8,9,10 ... 36 cameras), only one camera is visible. this works locally without any problems. what to do?
Still no option to reorder cameras in Windows client?

I have 13 cameras - mainly Argus 2, PT, and PT Go... i still have to run v8.2.6 on MacOS (12.x) as i've found several issues with the later versions, including the Dec 7 release, namely -
Thus if you're having odd issues with 8.4.x or 8.5.x on MacOS, i'd give v8.2.6 a try as i've never had an issue with it.-- Fizz
Dear Support, ( Neil@hbarrie.no )Just down loaded Ver 8.5.2 for windows Ver 10. Looking good.I at present notice in the top left hand corner, a little red dot ? ( Pond RLC422 ) - Why ?I am unable to enclose a pdf file ( Not enough privileges ?? )Best regards, Neil ( PS: This is the first time I have used this ! )
I've also noticed the auto-update within the client doesn't work, I don't think it ever has, I have a theory why. If I run the client from the Windows Command Prompt, when it starts it logs a variety of settings out to the console, then checks for a new version and logs the following:-Checking for update...Update for version 8.5.2 is not available (latest version: 8.3.1, downgrade is disallowed).update-not-availableThis suggests to me that wherever it's looking for a new version actually has version 8.3.1, which is older than the versions we have.Hope it helps someone fix it
Not sure if this is a real issue, I just got my E1 PRO set up and downloaded the 8.5.2 Reolink Client for Windows. Both playback and live viewing feels choppy. This is most apparent in the time stamp, as the seconds move forward, it's almost like there's micro-stutter in the live view.Other people seem to have commented on this as well in the Reolink Reddit community. Just search 8.5.2 Reolink Client in that subreddit.
